The house is situated only meters from the sea. Total build area of 240 square meters plus a large front terrace with garden and parking, it is very well finished and decorated. It retains the charm and style of a seaside retreat furnished with a high touch of creativity and taste. It consists of a beautiful living area with an open sea-view on most of its perimeter, there are three double rooms with en suite bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and a terrace that is overlooking the pool and sea. There is a pleasant dark wood floor throughout the house. Modern, abstract art complements the style of furniture. The lounge and dining area is open plan with satellite tv. There are various outside areas to enjoy. There is a large swimming pool surrounded by deck and grass, with sunloungers. The front porche terrace is equipped with BBQ grill, seating area with dining table and chairs for relaxing or socialising with your partner, family and friends.
