We can only mention positive things of our stay in this Villa. First there is the owner Eleni who helped us in a positive way. Then there is Kostas the manager who helped us really with everything. He has a great feeling for services. The villa was also very clean when we arrived and also during our stay. There is a breathtaking beautiful view over the sea , a very nice swimming pool and a beautiful garden with lot of places where to sit.

A beautiful house in a hard to beat location. It's almost impossible to find a holiday house that ticks all the boxes, but this is it! Fabulous pool, amazing view of the sea (we saw dolphins from the terrace twice!!), short walk into a lively and pretty town, and beach in the other direction. Incredibly helpful and lovely hosts, Costas and Anny. Paxos is a truly gorgeous island - I can't wait to go back.

This was a beautiful spotless villa with amazing views. The location was perfect, within walking distance of tavernas and shops. Anny and Kostas were so kind and generous - always on hand for advice and direction. The gorgeous swimming pool, patios and villa were immaculate. We would have no hesitation in staying at Villa del Nonno again. Thank you for making our family holiday so special.

A beautiful stay, in a beautiful villa, on a beautiful island, in beautiful weather! A well appointed villa, in an excellent location with all amenities very close by. No problem or enquiry was too much trouble for Anny and Costas, and the villa was cleaned daily to a very high standard by the lovely, diligent cleaner, which made our stay feel all the more relaxing! Worst thing about our stay was leaving! Can’t wait to return.

This is possibly one of the most idyllic villas on any Greek island: forever scored into our hearts and minds! Perfect, wide-reaching sea views, location equidistant between the central square of Gaios and the beach: so 15 minutes’ walk each way plus a 5 minute drop down to a rocky cove where we swam most days. The villa had every comfort: beautiful terraces, wonderful big pool, pretty planting all around, incredibly comfortable beds, excellent AC, fresh crisp sheets, well laid out kitchens (2), plus all the extra things that ease one’s stay: dishwashers, washing machines, etc. And on top of this the kindest and most generous hosts, Anny and Costas. They made our stay such a pleasure- Costas rescued us at short notice when our boat cancelled and drove us to a new one, Anny surprised me with a beautiful birthday present, both were always on hand with advice and info. We really had the most heavenly and memorable two weeks. We’ll be back!

We had a 2 week stay here and the Villa, the island and Gaios was magical from start to finish. The Villa was faultless, clean, and the staff unbelievable. 5 star all the way. Thank you for making this the most magical stay on Paxos.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Terra Del Nonno! It was in the most ideal location; a short walk from the local beach and the main town with lots of lovely restaurants and gelato spots! The pool area was perfect with views overlooking the sea. Nancy was incredibly helpful; meeting us at the port and answering all of our questions. Nancy dropped off biscuits from the local bakery during our stay which was such a lovely touch. We also arrived to a generous fruit bowl, bottled water and a very welcomed bottle of chilled local wine. The villa was clean and spacious; we always had fresh towels and an abundance of bath & shower products. I would highly recommend Villa Terre Del Nonno; the perfect getaway and super relaxing with magnificent views and ample entertaining space.

Great location adjacent to port area and restaurants.Fabulous ocean outlook, with great pool/ sun bathing area.Comfortable accommodation, well managed by Nancy and her team keeping it pristine.Ideal for families of all sizes to use as a base with the ability to hire boats, cars and explore the island from the inside and outside.Nearby restaurants in busy port allowed people/boat watching with wonderful views of the sea.

From landing in Gaios Port to leaving one week later everything was just fantastic. We were met by Nancy who took us to the villa and showed us around. The whole of the villa was so good, spotlessly clean,well designed, decorated very well and had everything you could ever need or want. The pool was gorgeous overlooking the sea. Surrounded by plants and flowers. A cleaner came every day which we were not expecting but was a great bonus, she was very good and nothing was too much trouble. Praise too for Nancy who was always available if we needed recommendations for places to go or restaurants to visit. We will definitely return to this fabulous villa on such a pretty island.

We stayed at the Villa Terra del Nonno with our family It was their first visit to Paxos. The Villa situation is great with a 10 minute walk into Gaios with all it offers. We had 2 of our Grandchildren with us and it was really safe for them with 2 excellent pools. The accommodation was first class. Anny the lady who looks after villa was really helpful. It was exceptionally clean with maid service every day. Our family really enjoyed their stay and cannot wait to go back
