Remember a fully-refundable £800 damage deposit will be held to cover damage, breakage of rules, loss of keys, etc.* 6 guests maximum including children and infants. Property Details: This 75-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. All bedrooms are street facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with showers, sinks and toilets, available via hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided. Important Information and Policies - Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy. - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements. - Check-out is by 10:00AM. - Final cleaning fee: 90£ - Linens and towel fee: 80£ - Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival - Strictly NON-smoking. - Pets NOT allowed - The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. - Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property.
