Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Antica Aia con un gruppo di 12 amici e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. La villa è davvero bella, spaziosa, le camere tutte molto grandi e confortevoli, quasi tutte con il bagno ensuite. Gli spazi esterni sono perfetti per rilassarsi, godere delle belle giornate di sole e delle cene al fresco sotto il patio. La piscina è grande e circondata da un prato ben curato e c'è anche una zona BBQ attrezzata e funzionale. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata e così anche il resto della villa, con un'attenzione particolare ai bambini: lettino, seggiolone, giochini e tutto quello di cui potrebbero avere bisogno. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per una vacanza in famiglia o con gli amici.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 26 persone in questa struttura ed in quella accanto (Villa Aia Antica) dal 30 giugno ad oggi 5 luglio 2020. Le ville sono veramente belle e pulite ed hanno tutti i comfort (aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, 2 piscine, televisioni, phon, wi-fi, zanzariere nelle stanze, teli anche per il mare, tutto ciò che occorre per cucinare, dispenser con disinfettanti,...). Il sito si trova in una posizione immersa nel verde assai tranquilla, vicino comunque a siti assolutamente da visitare (Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto...). La padrona di casa Oriana è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, consigliandoci anche i posti migliori di mare (Sampieri, Cava D'Alia, Donnalucata...) e per la spesa (assolutamente da provare gli arancini e le scacce all'"Angolo frgli antichi sapori " di Scicli). Il prezzo è assai competitivo per tutto ciò che viene offerto. Insomma assolutamente consigliabile soggiornare a Villa Aia. Torneremo anche noi

This is my second time here and I cannot wait to go back to this lovely house,beautiful region and the best hostess ever! There is something for everyone in this part of Sicily.Beatiful baroque architecture,splendid beaches,delicious local cuisine.Noto,Ragusa,Modica and Scicli are all within easy reach and all stunning.Don’t miss the chocolate museum in Modica!Great to visit the places where they filmed Camilieri’s Montalbano. I am a fan! Villa Antica Aia offers every comfort .Beatiful garden,pool,comfortable loungers and the scent of lavender .What more could anyone ask for. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for my sisters 60th birthday, there were 13 adults and 2 children. There is plenty of space within and outside the villa . The grounds are lovely and the pool was very good where the children spent most of their days. You do need a car as the area is remote but there are a few lovely towns to visit and a fab beach near by too. Oriana is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the villa through to us leaving the villa. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard and the place was really clean when we arrived. The veranda is where we spent most evenings and there is plenty of seating for everyone. It was a lovely villa and would recommend if you are looking for a quiet location in Sicily.

What a great house! Nice location, perfect condition, lot of space - especially for big families, excellent bathrooms and a perfect host. Oriana really helped us a lot and she was more than welcoming! Thanks again!

We were a group of three families (six adults, seven children) who spent a week in villa Antica Aia in mid-July. The host Oriana is very friendly and flexible, it was no problem to change week after we already had booked the house. The villa is in very good condition, well planned with large spacious rooms (all rooms but one with its own bathroom) and a beautiful garden with a nice pool. The area surrounding the house is rural and quiet. Oriana was very helpful during our stay, gave us tips on where to buy food etc and also bought some extra items that we missed in the kitchen. I can absolutely recommend villa Antica Aia!

Siamo stati in 13 la settimana di ferragosto in questa splendida villa immersa nelle campagne tra Scicli e Sampieri. La villa è perfettamente tenuta e pulita, le camere ampie e con tutti i comfort. La posizione strategica ci ha permesso di visitare le principali località turistiche delle province di Siracusa e Ragusa. Vicino anche a Gli Aromi (esperienza che consiglio) Per gli appassionati è stato possibile anche vedere alcuni dei posti resi celebri dai racconti di Camilleri del commissario Montalbano. Oriana e Michele sono stati disponibili ed attenti nella gestione ordinaria ed anche straordinaria, sono perfetti ambasciatori della rinomata ospitalità siciliana. Siamo appena tornati e Villa Antica Aia ci manca già.

We just returned, very reluctantly, from a week holiday at Villa Antica Aia and I really feel compelled to write this review in order to share our experience. An experience which was absolutely superb. The villa is true gem. Immaculately kept, meticulously maintained, it had everything we were expecting and more. The seven bedrooms are all spacious and very well appointed as are the kitchen, lounge, veranda, the bathrooms. The garden and pool area deserve a special mention because they are really extraordinary. The pool has a marine salt purification system without chlorine and as a result of that the water doesn't have that horrible public swimming pool tang and it doesn't irritate the skin or the eyes. The garden is verdant, indeed, luxuriant and a pleasure to the eye. All of the above would be enough to recommend this property many times over. But what tops it all is the impeccable courtesy and helpfulness of the owners, Oriana and Michele who offer a service superior, and I use the word advisedly, superior to a five star hotel. On our arrival day we were delayed by over 4 hours and ended up reaching the villa very late at night. Too late to do any shopping and too tired to do any cooking anyway but absolutely starving. Oriana arranged take away pizzas for us and when the restaurant informed her that even the pizzas would be delayed she and Michele drove to the restaurant themselves to collect our pizzas and deliver them to us in the shortest possible time. Oriana, has been always available, attentive and helpful, answering all our questions, requests and giving us suggestions. We felt at all times really very well looked after with a warmth and attention I honestly never found before. Last but not least, Oriana, twice turned up at the villa with trays heaped with homemade "cannoli", a local incredibly delicious pastry, and tiramisù. Everyone in our group agreed that this was our best holiday to date.

The villa was perfect for our requirements of a family holiday. The pool area was like a little oasis, and many hours were spent in it. The owner was an exceptional hostess, always making herself available, from helping us to order pizzas and taxis to getting one of the grandchildren in to see a doctor. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of a holiday with their family.

We were a group of 3 families, 8 teenagers (aged 13-18) and 6 adults. The villa was absolutely perfect for us..... It was spacious and very well laid out, the older teenagers could have their own in and outdoor space. The gardens and the pool were amazing and ideal for those of us who didn't want to do too much exploring. Our host, Oriana, was so welcoming and helpful. She was available to help with a range of needs from: where to order pizza; arranging wine tasting; advising on trips and even helping us out when we got a flat tyre! A wonderful time had by all!
