Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa..pulita,con ogni confort . posizione ideale per chi vuole girare sia l entroterra che la costa..i proprietari sono persone gentili e simpatici.. Abbiamo portato senza problemi anche la nostra barboncina.ci torneremo sicuramente

Perfect base for Tuscany trip
We loved every moment in this gorgeous house. It is the perfect size for a couple and it was such a picturesque and relaxing place to stay after being on the road for day trips each day. It is also super clean! Although we visited at the end of May, we had some colder than usual nights which gave us an opportunity to use the open fire place and have some cosy nights in cooking by the fire. Gloria and Marcel are very friendly and welcoming hosts and provide plenty of information to help you make the most of your stay. During our stay, we visited the local thermal pools, Siena, multiple farms in the Chianti region, San Gimignano and Florence. The town itself is lovely and offers some stunning panoramic views and no other tourists to compete with for photo opportunities. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we will visit again if we travel back to Tuscany!

A Tuscan Gem
This is a true Tuscan diamond! The hosts are friendly, welcoming people. The house is beautiful, from the fireplaced kitchen, to the views of the Tuscan hills from wooden medieval styled windows. The village is lovely, as well as those who live there. Bakeries, butcher shop, and banks are a stroll away. Visits to Siena and Florence are easy day trips. Wine tasting vineyards are close by. This cozy house was so comfortable that coming back from a day trip felt like coming home! If you are looking for an experience offering the true Tuscan spirit, this is the place to stay!

Perfectly wonderful
So glad and grateful we stayed here! We were beautifully welcomed by the owners. Flowers, wine and snacks awaited us. The place was clean, organized, charming, cozy, peaceful and equipped with all that we needed. And, the location for our car trip in Tuscany was fantastic, central and on a lovely hill. Views all around. Thank you Gloria and Marcel for your lovely hospitality. We felt at home, on vacation. 😊👍💜🎇

An excellent place to exhale!
We found ourselves unwinding here after a hectic 4 days in Florence. It is so cozy with plenty of firewood to have a blazing fire whenever we wanted one, a kitchen with everything we needed. We took advantage of the central location which enabled us to take day trips to Montepulciano, Siena, and even the coast. But especially loved returning home each afternoon to our own medieval hill town where we were the only tourists around.

A holiday which we will always keep in our hearts!
My husband and I spent the most amazing holiday ever! The location was perfect for us! In a small village, faraway from the craziness of big towns, but so reachable to visit them. The owners, Gloria and Marcel couldn't show more hospitality than they did. Everything we asked for they did, with a smile and a gentleness which impressed us a lot.
Casina di Rosa is not a house, it's a home. We truly felt "home away from home". We spent wonderful, peaceful and memorable moments in front of the fireplace, or outside, on the terrace, listening to the birds or to the trees the house is sorrounded by.
The fully equipped kitchen gave us the chance to prepare delicious, intimate dinners we enjoyed so much! The way the house is decorated gave us a full sense of serenity and coziness.
The big towns like Firenze, Sienna, Grosetto are reachable from the house. We enjoyed beautiful days visiting the art galleries, museums and churches.
We rented bikes and we could spend a full day outdoor, on the Toscany hills, visiting the vinyards. Lorenzo, who is in a bike club and lives in the village, helped us a lot when one of our bikes had a flat tire. We will always be grateful to him! What a kind person!
In all honesty we spent our best holiday ever and we will always keep in our hearts Casina di Rosa, a home with a soul and very accomodating owners!

Perfect jumping off place for visiting Tuscany and beyond!
Casina di Rosa caught my attention the first time I saw the website! When we decided to book this house, we heard back from the owners Gloria and Marcel right away. They were very helpful right from the start, coming up with great suggestions based on our interests. We knew then, we had found the right place....The home is absolutely adorable! Spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient, well equipped and located in the nicest town! Within 2 walking minutes of Casina di Rosa, there are 2 small, well supplied grocery stores and one excellent restaurant. Best to make a reservation though, as they always looked very surprised when we said we didn't have one. Another much appreciated feature was the ability to park within 1 minute of the house. Perfect! There was no wasted time navigating in and out of town. In 5 minutes you can get in your car, stop at Dante's for a fabulous coffee and be right on the hiway ready to go out for the day! Just before you get on the hiway there is another great local restaurant! But, the best thing about this house and town is it's proximity to Tuscany and the Maremma area with it's beautiful beaches. Drive in any direction for seeing the very best of Italy! Although we travelled within a range of only a few hours of the house, Siena, Florence and even Rome are possible if you have the time. This is the perfect place if you need a home base for visiting this beautiful region of Italy! Highly recommended! We would definitely return!

Casina di Rosa in the village of Civitella Maritima
We loved this very clean, comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in the village! We were able to eat out, cook in, walk to a nearby ridge to hike, easily visit nearby sites, or just hang out in the apartment. Having the options was perfect for us!

Beautiful Tuscan hilltop village hideaway
A gem of an apartment in a gem of a location -- the perfect base for exploring the villages and vineyards of southern Tuscany. Wonderful hosts and warm neighbours. Would repeat the experience or recommend it to others in a heartbeat.

All costs included. The rental price includes: bedroom linen, kitchen and bathroom towels (changed weekly), final cleaning, consumption of water, electricity and gas, airconditioning, heating, wifi internet access, taxes.
We have a baby cot and a high chair available for guests travelling with a baby. Please note that the house cannot accommodate more than 2 adults + a child. Thanks.
Check-in: Saturdays (Sundays might be possible) between 3pm and 6pm. It is possible to alter the arrival time given advance notice. Check-out: Saturday - on the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 10am.
Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, but in case guests are travelling with a pet, a cleaning fee of 25 euros applies and the damage deposit is 200 euros and not 100 euros. Guests are responsible for any damages to the house and furniture which exceeds the damage deposit account.
A sum equal to 50% of the total rental price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
Upon arrival, guests must leave a security deposit of 100 euros which will be returned at the time of departure provided that there is no damage to the premises.
In the case of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation a cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellation up to and including 60 days before arrival date: 30% of total agreed upon price
- Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival date: 50% of total agreed upon price
- No refunds for early departure
- 30% of the reservation deposit is never refundable, even in case of an Act of God.
