Fresh toilet paper, towels and bed linen are included, and also we offer an extra baby cot.
House is located in a 5 minutes walking distance from the local beach, bars, restaurants, volleyball court, market and amaizing beach promenade „Lungo Mare“ for pedestrians and cyclists which is according 45 minutes walking or 15 minutes cycling to old town Rab (4km) and these moments are especially joyfull when sun goes down, but by car you are in center-old town Rab in 5 minutes.
Location is easy to explore the Island, other places, beaches etc. by car.
The entire island's tourism offer is characterised by superb cuisine in excellent restaurants, inns and taverns, bars, open air and closed cinema, excursions, events, sports, sailing and the hospitality of the local people. Along great island atmosphere, wonderful old town Rab and known beaches like Suha Punta, Pudarica, Paradise beach etc. in our apartments you will have pleasant feeling of being at home. With 30 sandy beachers Rab is a really Happy Island with a lot of tiny, picturesque coves, recognised by tourists from all over the world, great for the entire family and lovely couples.

HOUSE RULES:
Dear guests, we kindly ask you to read some of the house rules to make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding.
-For a stay shorter then 4 nights price increased for 30%.
-We expect that our guests behave like at home, with love, care and respect toward the home.
-No smoking inside of the apartments, smoking is allowed only on private terrace of the apartment.
-Pets are allowed only with the permission of the owners.
-On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 14:00. If it is possible to leave the apartment later that day we will inform you about that at the time.
-When you are inside of the apartment and while air conditioner is in use please close the doors and windows.
-When you are outside of the apartment please turn off the air conditioner.
-The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.

Ho soggiornato dal 27 agosto al 2 settembre 2017 presso questa struttura con il mio compagno e davvero non ho trovato difetti. La famiglia Sesar è molto gentile e disponibile; ci hanno anche omaggiati delle ottime torte fatte in casa loro. Appartamento nuovo, pulito e estremamente comodo. Se ripasseremo da Rab torneremo certamente qui e faremo un'ottima pubblicità in Italia

Ottima struttura, l'appartamento è nuovo, perfetto, spazioso e molto pulito. I proprietari, la famiglia Sesar sono molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti. Sicuramente se torneremo a Rab soggiorneremo ancora da loro

Unvergeslicher Urlaub
Meine Freundine und Ich haben ein Apartment vom 15.8.2015 bis 22.8.2015 gebucht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief schon wunderbar und vor der Ankunft bekamen wir nochmal eine genau Wegbeschreibung. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr hilfsbereit, nett und kümmert sich um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste. Schon vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist neu, super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen und waren begeistert von der neuen und sehr stylischen Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat einen Blick aufs Meer und man kann schön auf diesem frühstücken. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, frische Handtücher, ein komplettes Besteckse, küche generell sehr gut. Für die Adria ist diese Unterkunft absolut überdurchschnittlich und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das Appartement nur jedem empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

To the south, ferryboats on the route Mišnjak - Stinica (a place 105 km. from the city Rijeka) runs here all year round, the trip takes 15 minutes, with departures every one or two hours out of season, and continually in the summer months. From Stinica roads branch off towards Zagreb, Pula, Ljubljana and Trieste. The internal part of the continent may be reached through the so called 'Jozefinska cesta', a road leading from Senj (50 km. far from Rab), through the saddle of Vratnik, Velika, Mala Kapela and Lika, to Karlovac and Zagreb.
To the north, the island is connected by ferryboat on the route Lopar- Valbiska (Island Krk).
