Apartamento en Residencial Marineda
Apartamento situado en una zona inmejorable,en un radio de cinco minutos caminando encuentras supermercados, farmacia, pizzerías, restaurantes,tiendas... cualquier necesidad,y por supuesto la maravillosa playa del Médano...el apartamento esta limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen descanso, piscina muy limpia y grande,ideal para los niños también,y para cualquier cosa o duda,su propietario esta localizado....sin duda repetiremos.

Estancia agradable
Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este apartamento y seguramente habrán más ocasiones. Nos gusta mucho por su ubicación e instalaciones, playa cerca y supermercados todo lo necesario para desconectar. Recomendable.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Es hat alles super mit dem Vermieter Tito geklappt. Immer wenn ich eine Frage hatte, wurde diese innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Die Wohnung war sauber, ist sehr nett eingerichtet und reichich mit Decken und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Sehr nett war auch das Willkommensgeschenk. Das hatten wir bisher bei keinem Vermieter.

Enjoyable place to stay but not perfect
Although we very much enjoyed our stay there were a few issues. Positives: - The flat is well equipped - large rooms - Good location, a few 100s metres from the centre, next to Playa Roja with excellent local restaurants and shops - Owner is responsive to problems. - Large quiet swimming pool (but you need a key to access it and there are no chairs or beds) - if you lean on the balcony you can see the sea in both bays (useful for windsurfers) Negatives: - The building in the complex are a bit run down, e.g. broken windows and flaking plaster, but it seems they are slowly starting to work on that. The old reception area is empty/unstaffed and old entranced blocked. - There were a few too many minor issues with the flat that should have been picked up before we arrived - There is no air con or fan so we had to have the windows open as the flat got stuffy at night, unfortunately there is a lot of noise outside late and over night. - If you are not used to it, the front door lock can be temperamental and keys are not labelled. We were locked out on arrival, and it took a third person to open after the house keeper failed. Ideally a warning of how the lock cover should be position and labels/colour code on the keys would avoid this problem. The maintenance man even said "he has the same lock, it is stupid design, and his wife still manages to lock her self out" - If sat on the balcony, the only view is the end wall of the opposite block.

Dear Graham, many thanks for your opinion that helps a lot to improve other guests experiences. Regarding the main issue that you had (lock and keys) just some comments to inform about the reasons about this: - standard lock cover is on the door for protecting the lock of the air coming from the sea and security reasons. - key for the swimming pool.- I regret not allowing access to the swimming pool without it, but it’s a security measure of the building adminstration to avoid no resident people the use of the pool. Thanks this policiy and as you have already explained our guests can enjoy a large quiet pool. - labeled keys.- a set of just 2 keys is provided at check in (one for the main door of the building and another one for the door of the apartment). I take note of your suggestions for improving asap. We are doing our best to support our guests, even before their arrival to have an enjoyable stay. Many thanks for helping me to provide a better service. Regards

Very secure apartment block
Very clean and spacious apartment in a very secure block. Handy for bus stop and restaurants. Unfortunately our apartment didn't have the best of views (B316) but that didn't stop us from making use of the balcony. Having a washing machine was great, definitely shouldn't have taken so many clothes. Pool and surroundings area was spotless although bit disappointed there were no sun beds. There is no air con but the bedroom is well shaded and with window open it was fine. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this apartment and El Medano.

Un apartamento muy limpio y en muy buen estado
El apartamento está en perfecto estado. El baño perfecto y nuevo. Por poner un pero, diré que solo pusieron un rollo de papel higiénico. Pero por todo lo demás no le faltaba detalle. Sin duda volveremos a escoger este apartamento para nuestra próxima visita a El Medano.

Wir haben das Apartment von Tito schon öfter gebucht. Tito ist sehr zuverlässig und immer erreichbar. Alles läuft sehr unkompliziert ab. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Danke Tito

Good inexpensive apartment
Good apartment, quiet block, well maintained pool area, shops,beach, restaurants on the door step. Recommend. El Medeano, was our favourite resort, mixed nations of various ages in stylish spot without it being either exclusive or tourist tatt plastic....
