We had a great stay in this comfortable house with our two teenage sons. The house itself was cool with air conditioning and shutters. The grounds were lovely with amazing views out across the Ionian Sea which we enjoying gazing at from the hammock. We loved being so close to the beach and spent hours snorkelling and using the kayak which is available with the house. It is close to the port but we quite liked watching the ferries come and go, and took one to Paxos for a day out which was very convenient. The grounds are well kept with lovely plants and flowers which the owners watered midway through our stay. The owners are really responsive and easily contactable, and we enjoyed the drinks and snacks that they left as a welcome. We had a minor issue during our stay which they fixed almost immediately. It’s a bit out of the way so a car is probably essential, but with a car it’s an easy drive to a couple of supermarkets so very convenient. We had a meal out and Lefkimmi next to the canal which was lovely. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Relaxing beach holiday
Our family loved staying at this villa. The grounds are beautiful and shady , with fruit trees , pine trees and plenty of relaxing places to sit in hammocks, chairs or on sun loungers. The shallow sea is only a short walk at the end of the driveway with beautiful views across to the mountains of mainland Greece. A port is close by which can be heard at times, but we enjoyed watching the small ferries come and go.
The villa is tucked away down a small lane , away from busy roads and commercial beaches so is ideal if you enjoy a quiet retreat . The sandy beach is small, but it never felt crowded as mainly local people came and went to swim. There is a sea kayak available to use which we all enjoyed.
The villa was nicely furnished with everything that we needed and had air conditioning and mosquito screens on all the windows and door.
We were sad to leave but have been left with lovely memories.

Schöner riesiger Garten mit Steingrill, Hängematte und Schaukel, Orangen, Zitronen, Nuss- und Feigenbaum. Traumhaft.

the house was nice and complete with enough stuff.
A real family house with a big beautiful garden.
In the night you can listening to the seewaves!
To Corfutown it is 55 min. drive on a good road
You need a car to go the supermarket and the several beaches.
we didn't go to the North part of the island because there was enough to see on the southpart.
It was always nice coming "home"
when we come back we try to book this house again, for sure
thanks to theo, Nikos and his wife and thanks for the fresch eggs we found in the freezer;)

Peaceful and pretty
The Villa Emilia is a haven of tranquility and beauty, with a very comfortable house and amazing garden, and your very own beach. Right from the start we enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of our hosts (who waited up for us because of a delayed flight); the beach bar friendly and welcoming, and Lefkimmi a lovely little town.

Villa sympa les pieds presque dans l'eau
C'est vrai, ici, si le paradis existe, il est pas loin.
Calme, maison fraîche même sans la clim, à l'ombre des pins.
Une seule réserve toutefois, le 7ème couchage se trouve dans la cuisine et manque donc d'intimité.
Le reste est parfait.

Una bella settimana a Corfù
Abbiamo appena trascorso una rilassante settimana a Corfù. In questo periodo l'isola é lussureggiante ed il mare cristallino. La villa dove siamo stati si é rivelato un posto molto tranquillo ed accogliente. Theo, il proprietario, é una persona gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare le notti con il lontano canto degli assioli con il suono delle onde, le stellate ed il giardino dove potresti perdertici per ore in beato relax.

marvellous and peaceful days in a beautiful estate in front of the sea
The Estate and the House are very nice, right in front of the sea. The place is ideal for rest, meditation, solitude, for swimming. The Orchard is beautiful, amazedly clean. Every thing has the touch of love, of family care, the touch of authenticity. The stones, the flowers are set with great harmony. The owner is very nice, ready to help in any case. We liked it very much, better we loved it and will come back. The air is very good for people with lungs problems, for there are plenty of pine trees, there is not dampness at all. We were delighted with every thing!

Nettes Ferienhaus mit Strandnaehe und Beachbar
Freundliche, hilfsbereite, griechische Hoster vermieten ihr Ferienhaus. Vater und Sohn kommen Pflanzen giessen, Mutter saeubert das Haus woechentlich. Die restliche Verwandtschaft haben wir am Strand kennengelernt. Zwar ohne Griechischkenntnisse und dennoch haben wir uns verstanden. :)
Wir hatten zu dritt einen sehr entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Strandbar ist die meiste Zeit auch sehr empfehlenswert. Doch ab und zu kommen busweise Jugendliche zum Feiern in der Nacht. Das war mit Oropax und Fester zu erträglich und ohne ziemlich nervig.
