I stayed with my family members and friends for my brother’s wedding event in this place .The mathios villas were so clean and comfortable with a private swimming pool ,we had an exellent breakfast every morning which was served by lovely Vasili. We also had traditional Turkish henna night in the hotel with a great Greek cusine .Everything was well orginized by hotel management and staff.Manager of hotel Kostas was so welcoming ,helpfull and arranged many things during the our stay. His recommendations were all perfect. The hotel has a nice swimming pool , rooms were clean with cosy atmosphere ,it was a great stay !!!

We have just had the most fantastic holiday at the Mathios Luxury Villas and would recommend it to everyone! Kostas and his team are delightful and made us feel very welcome and we immediately felt part of their very happy family and hotel. The villa was beautifully furnished and the pool was well loved by us all, but particularly by our children. Trips and excursions organised by Kostas were all fantastic and enabled us to enjoy this beautiful island. The service from the entire team was outstanding - so friendly, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you so much for helping to create such wonderful memories for our family. We will most certainly be back!

Wir haben die Mathios Luxury Homes besucht. Eigentlich sollten wir bei Maison des Lys untergebracht werden, was dann aber zwei Tage vor Anreise vom Hotel gecancelt wurde. Glücklicherweise wurde es storniert denn wir sind mehr als froh dass wir bei Costas in den Luxury Homes untergebracht wurden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben viele hilfreiche Tipps und Reiseempfehlungen von Costas erhalten. Er hat uns in jeglicher Hinsicht unterstützt. Vom Organisieren eines Leihwagens, Vermittlung einer Katamaran Tour, Empfehlung einer wunderschönen Strandpromenade mit kostenlosen Liegen bis hin zu einem für uns individualisierten Reiseplan für die gesamte Insel und Woche. Die Luxury Homes sind sehr ruhig gelegen sodass man ausreichend Privatsphäre und Entspannung hat. Die Villa selbst ist super schön und sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl. Privatpool. Frühstück gab es jeden Morgen individuell in die Villa geliefert vom super netten Personal. Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten der Luxury Homes entfernt, befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants sowie zwei Supermärkte die beinahe rund um die Uhr geöffnet haben. Als wir am ersten Abend ankamen und uns noch nicht zurecht gefunden hatten, haben wir bei Costas im Hotel ein super leckeres Abendessen bekommen, welches wir uns auch direkt in die Villa hätten liefern lassen können. Wir würden dieses Hotel unserer engsten Familie und Freunden weiterempfehlen und selbst natürlich auch jederzeit nochmal hierherkommen. We book for 9 nights at the Mathios Luxury Villas, but should definitely have booked longer. We arrived late evening to be met with a big welcome and smiles and asked if we were hungry and told they would bring something to our villa. Vitalie then took us to the villa and showed us round at which point the table had been set and hey presto, hot pizza, greek salad and a dessert waiting. The villa was immaculate and had everything you could want. Breakfast was brought every morning by the pool. There was scrambled egg, fruit, greek yogurt, cereal, pastries, bread, meats, cheeses, homemade jams. You couldn't ask for anything more. We went to see Kostas as we decided we wanted to see Santorini but didn't want to hire a car. We were recommended so many thing to do and he arranged for Vitale to take us wherever we wanted to go and he had a great knowledge of the island. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We went to Kostas's restaurant at the hotel a few times and you were always met with a big welcome and the food was great. Would definitely recommend. The hospitality and attention to detail in making your holiday perfect, Kostas, Vitalie and staff went far above and beyond. Thank you for a great holiday.

Nous revenons d'Akrotiris. C'est unpetit village calme, loin de la foule qui promet un séjour paisible. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l'accueil amical de Konsta, le manager. Il a su nous mettre à l'aise par son sourire et son fameux "relaxe"!!! De suite il nous a indiqué les meilleurs plans afin de profiter des visites les plus interressantes. Il nous a proposé un véhicule en location qui s'est avéré fort pratique pour parcourir l'île de Santorin sans soucis. L'hôtel lui-même est magnifique et d'une impeccable propeté. Le personnel est souriant et efficace. La piscine est un atout non négligeable au retour de balades ensoleillées. Nous avons également apprécié l'eau chaude de la douche du soiur, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans certains hôtels greques. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une délicieuse cuisine familiale variée à prix modique. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour dans le "Mathios-village" où Konsta, tel un père de famille a su gérer les moiundres détails afin de nous offrir des vacances "relaxes". Nous lui adressons un grand merci pour sa générosité d'âme. Nous n'aurons qu'un seul regret : la brièveté de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et, si vous y allez, dites-lui un bonjour de notre part. Il ne se rappellera sans doute pas de nous, mais nous, nous ne l'oublirons pas! Merci Konsta.

We've been here at Mathios Luxury Villas for two weeks, we should have booked for longer. We took Kostas airport transfer on arrival, Leonardis was waiting for us with our names on a welcome board and he took us to our check-in in a very clean luxury mini van. We were met on arrival at reception by Kostas who was very welcoming and immediately set about offering us information for our first 24 hours with an invitation to join him next day to plan the perfect vacation. The villa is a short 5 minute walk from his hotel and reception but we had telephone connection from the villa and also Kostas WhatsApp if we needed anything. We used his WhatsApp to keep him posted on the success of his recomendations for restaurants, car hire and tours. The success of this vacation for us was the wonder of the staff everywhere, in our villa, in the hotel restaurant, in reception and such easy access to them. The villa experience was just beautifully quiet, boutique chic, elegantly relaxing. The pool was cold, we're staying towards the end of the season - but not cold enough to keep us out, just catch your breath and jump in - it is wonderfully private. We've been travelling for over 40 years so you will understand when I say our requirements are getting simpler, we know what we want, unpretentious luxury in a calm environment. Mathios Luxury Villas provided us with just that in bundles. I mentioned to Kostas that I was very impressed with the detailing of the villa finish. Quite often you will come across expensive features in a villa but badly put together. Kostas has the eye. The finish was very impressive, storage space has its limitations but still carefully thought out within the limitations of the villa space available. WiFi and satellite channels all work perfectly, I was perfectly able to work from the villa and talk to my team back home. We didn't cook for ourselves, we chose the breakfast option and ate out in the lovely little village just a 3 minute stroll from the villa. Reviewers will say breakfast is not worth the price, we found it a marvellous option. It's not just breakfast - it's a gentle knock on your door in the morning, roll out of bed to a perfectly set table by your pool in the morning sunshine. Vitaly and his amazing Wife standing over you serving you coffee, juice, fruit bowl, cereals, eggs any way you like them, and fresh bread choices - simply glorious. You don't have to get up, shower, get dressed, go to a restaurant, be inside with others.... Some villa residents stayed for just 2 or 3 nights, for us there was no reason to pack and move frequently, with a car hire for a few days you can reach the furthest point of the Island in 45 minutes,...! Visit them, they are very busy villages and towns just don't bring your suitcase, you will be happy to leave them and get back to the peace and calm of your villa. It is a 11 out of 10. Already entering the reception, people greeted us with happy faces. Breakfast was very tasty - always served with a smile and "Good morning, how are you?". We lived in villa 1 with pool. Super for 2 people. There is also space for 4 people because there are 2 large double beds. The villa had everything inside - a refrigerator with favorite drinks, a coffee machine, a bathroom-hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes, a terrace on the 2nd floor of the villa, outdoor chairs, sun loungers. Parking is NOT the problem there. We parked our car 50 meters from villa. Also good Wi-fi Everything that we wanted was fulfilled - the best places to see in Santorini, transport to entertainment places, helicopter flight, trip to the volcano, sunset on a catamaran (in the pictures) And it was all negotiated through the host.We also recommend these things. Responses from the host was very fast, communication was great. Thanks again to Kostas and the team for this experience. Special thanks also to the man with his wife, who took care of wonderful mornings, breakfast, cleaning and just conversations about life. Very lovely people. Jamais de ma vie n’ai été confrontée à un service aussi merdique. Villas ok mais le service devrait aller de paire. Si vous cherchez un service de luxe allez ailleurs.

Les villas sont tres belles. Rien à dire la dessus. Mais leur emplacement n’est pas top. Pas de parking. Loin de la réception... Et tout service annexe coute une fortune. Un peu déçue de l’attitude du personnel et du proprio...

Couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic holiday, fantastic villa, fantastic location. So well looked after by a fantastic team. We will definitely be back. Can’t thank you all so much for our incredible holiday.
