Very well equiped kitchen best we have come across so far. Very peaceful despite the nearness of the railway track. Clean and tidy. Very enjoyable stay.

Highland Perfection
Second time in this incredibly comfortable, secluded and spacious house in an unbelievably beautiful setting. We live everything about it...including the table tennis when the weather isn’t great. Can’t recommend this place enough...we’ll be back!

Wonderful stay
The house and location were spot on for us, what a lovely community. A great base to explore the Highlands. Highland Wildlife Park, Loch Insh and Aviemore just down the road. We will be back!

Excellent house
The house was very comfortable warm and cosy. Good beds with excellent bed linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were first class. Will certainly be booking again

Lovely relaxing stay, handy for the Cairngorms
The property is situated in a quiet cul de sac, but not far from the A9 and only a short drive to the centre of the Cairngorms. We spent the week walking in our favourite area of Scotland and every evening relaxing back at base, which was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though we had been out in the hills every day, we still wandered out for an evening stroll to nearby Loch Inch, you literally have wildlife right on the doorstep.

Comfy house in quiet peaceful location
We liked this house and location so much last year that we returned this year. The house is cosy and comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for a family of five plus dog. The kids could walk down to Loch Insh without crossing any roads, which we loved. Perfect base for Loch Insh water sports, Highland Safari Park, Ruthven Barracks, Heritage Museum and a few minutes' drive from Aviemore and Kingusie. The sitting room is spacious and has two big windows so lots of light. The kitchen/diner is open plan so whoever is cooking can chat with people sitting at the table at the same time. Thanks Lindsay for another lovely stay.

Just what we were after
Well located with a woodland surround and everything you need. Plenty of space and the very welcome two bathrooms! The kitchen and dining room area was lovely and spacious, so no tripping over each other and a lovely view out of the window while you eat. We were visited by a wide variety of wildlife, with a hedgehog passing through and plenty of squirrels and bumbles. A wonderful retreat.

Ein Fleck der Ruhe und Entsapnnung
Sehr gemütliches Haus inmitten von Natur und einigen Eichhörnchen. :) Die Austattung im Haus reicht völlig aus für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt zwar zwischen zwei Häusern, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig und idyllisch dort und wir haben fast jeden Tag Eichhörnchen vor der Terrasse beobachten können. Es ist nicht weit zum Loch Insh und generell eine gute Lage um nach Loch Ness, dem Highlands, Inverness oder an die nördliche Küste zu kommen. Die Landschaft ist einfach sehr schön und vielfältig. Die Schlösser kann man dort einige entdecken. Einkaufen, essen und trinken kann man gut in Aviemore, ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Kincraig entfernt. :) Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Perfect huisdiervriendelijk vakantiehuis
De locatie is natuurlijk schitterend met een mooie tuin. Zeer eekhoorn vriendelijk! Zeer mooi huis. Mooie omgeving ( 0.a. Loch Insh) die uitnodigt tot wandelen (met de hond). Een week was veel te kort. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Comfortable, well-equipped bungalow in lovely woodland garden.
Ideal tor exploring the Cairngorms. Many activities and attractions close by. Natural woodland garden is a haven for wildlife, (Red Squirrels, Roe Deer and variety of small birds.) Would recommend.
