The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The view of St Paul's Bay is spectacular. The apartment is convenient for bus stops to Valetta and Gozo Ferry. There are a few bars, restaurants and convenience shops a short walk away. Buses to Mellieha and St Paul's Bay nearby for greater choice. Mistra Bay and Fekruna are nice spots for swimming/snorkeling. I can thoroughly recommend the apartment. Was huge for a family of 4. Thanks Jason and Michelle.

Xemxija is a quiet area of Malta. Not too many restaurant and bars, but that what we were looking for. The apartment is in a prime location over looking the bay of St Paul. We met Michelle, our host, on arrival and straight away were impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, lift, entrance etc...Then we walked into the apartment!!! it is big, it is smart, clean, modern, spacious, it has all the mod cons and plus. the view from the terrace is incredible and has the sun from morning to evening. Basically, it was the perfect location for our 2 weeks stay. Michelle is a great host who explained all we needed to know about the area. we would recommend this place to any body wishing to visit Malta.

The appartment is very big, furniture in a good taste, comfortable and practice with evrything you need in a house. The view from the balconny is so beautyfull that you can stay at home whole holiday and you woulldn't be sorry :-) The owners are very nice, helpfull and not problematic.If you rent a car, there is no problem to find a parking place nearby. You can reach to few beaches from this place easyly specially to Meliecha - our favorite. Genarally I would give this apartment a minimum score: 5+

This apartment is home from home. This is our second stay and again cannot fault it. Extremely clean, tidy and very well appointed. The bay is a 5 minute walk away with a few very nice restaurants/cafe and even an area to swim. We hired a car this time to explore more of the island but the Buses are great if you don't want a car. Michelle and Jason are friendly and helpful, and cannot help enough to make you feel welcome. You won't be disappointed with a stay here!

Just returned from a week in this apartment and it was brilliant. The place is very clean and well decked out with all you’ll need for your stay. Checking in was hassle free and Jason & Michelle were available to answer any questions. The view from the terrace over the bay is magical, especially at night. The main thing about the accommodation though, is IT’S ABSOLUTELY HUGE! The photos on the info page don’t do it justice. The apartment occupies the entire depth of the building it is in, so there are balconies off the double and twin bedrooms at one side and the terrace off the lounge/diner at the other side. I measured 50 paces in a straight line from the balcony to the terrace. Absolutely tiring when you get to the terrace and realise you’ve left something in the bedroom 😆 Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys their space on holiday.

Large comfortable well equipped apartment with views over the sea. Very nice helpful owners . 5 minutes walk to bus stop and convenience store. Recommend hiring a car if staying here as buses very full at peak times.

Superbe appartement spacieux, très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, jouissant d'une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Très bien équipé excepté l'absence de cafetière, ce qui nous a obligé à prendre nos cafés à l'extérieur (nous l'avons signalé à la propriétaire pour les locataires suivants). Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est charmante.

We had a wonderful time here as a family of four, with our children aged 13 and 9 years old. There is plenty of room (as per description) and equipment. We also enjoyed using the barbecue. A great base, we hired a car, the apartment is within easy reach to catch a boat/ferry to Gozo. Thank you to Jason, Michelle and Jordan for their welcome and they made sure our stay was comfortable.

Michelle et Jason sont des hôtes parfaits. L'appartement est grand, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Une belle cuisine et une très belle terrasse. Éloignés du tumulte des centres touristiques, sa situation permet de visiter l'ile sans soucis. a 4 kms de la plus grande plage de Malte. Idéal pour une famille. Belle balade à faire dans la “foret” voisine, picnic sous les pins.

Very Nice appartement. Lots of room! Beautiful view from terras balcony! Good comunication. Clean! Well stocked. Quiet from surrounding aeria. Nice people to deal with.
