The appartement is very spacious clean and every thing you need is there.the terrace got a nice view fantastic to get a takeaway and enjoy St Paul's Bay opposite.after a long day out its nice to go in and relax.

How can I describe this apartment. Beautiful. It’s very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The view from the balcony is heaven. Would definitely recommend this place. There are 2 supermarkets which cater for all your needs if you want to stay in and have a meal on the balcony al fresco and take in the view of Xemxija bay. Mary Anne who owns the apartment was very welcoming upon our arrival and was only a phone call away if needed. Thank you Mary Ann for letting us stay. Tracy and Shaun

Location est bien équipée, très bien située géographiquement avec une très belle vue. Pour visiter les 3 ¨ïles de Malte, Xemeja où est l'appartement est bien desservi en transport. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. La propriétaire est sympathique et est disponible en cas de besoin.

I stayed at Dolphin Court in July with my 17 year old Son and his friend. We had a great stay and am missing the views from the balcony. The apartment was plenty big enough and comfortable for the 3 of us. It could do with a little modernisation however for the money we paid was good value and close to everything we needed, Mary Anne was very helpful organising a collection from the airport and arranging a second set of keys so the boys could come and go alone. Only a couple of downsides - very close to a busy road which if you have small children is very noisy all day and night - use the front bedroom for children😀, and the parking if you hire a car is a nightmare. Did these ruin our holiday - no just niggles. Would I stay again definitely 😀. Helpful tips - bus network is fantastic down load the app Tallinja which will tell you which bus to get where- it is only €2 a trip and you can get right across the island for that. If you want a bigger supermarket for food to cook at home then the closest is Mellieha at the top of the hill opposite the petrol station. Closest sandy beach is Mellieha Bay but the short walk down to the harbour from the appartment is a great spot for a swim and a BBQ In the evening. Go to Gozo it is gorgeous 😀 Thanks for a great Holiday Mary Anne

Appartamento bello e spazioso con vista stupenda sulla baia; la cucina è ben attrezzata e si può pranzare anche in veranda. Si trova vicino ad una strada trafficata, ma questo non ci ha dato particolare fastidio. Un consiglio che vale sempre: prima di prendere possesso dell'appartamento, controllare bene che tutto sia in ordine. Nella località di Xemxija non ci sono molti locali a parte qualche ristorante e un negozio di alimentari.

Nice view over SCT. Pauls Bay. Nice appartment, good for 5 persons. Some trafic noice from the rose. Not a tourist place, so quite in the night. The landlord was friedly.

Very happy to recommend this apartment. Bit tricky to find on first arrival, and if you are arriving after 7pm make sure to buy milk, bread and basics before arriving. Apartment very comfy, and the views from balcony are outstanding. Masses of storage space (we accidentally left behind clothes in one of the wardrobes which Mary Anne very kindly posted back to us!) and two very large bedrooms. The middle bedroom lacks privacy as it has glass doors and there is no window. We didn't really use the living room as we tended to spend our time on the balcony, but there is a TV (which we didn't use at all) and wifi. Xemxija is a quiet place which suited us but only 5/10mins drive to mellieha and Bugibba and ferry to Gozo. There is a busy road behind apartment but it didn't bother us at all. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment takes you down to the sea and there is a fabulous swimming area which we used every day and which made our holiday. All towels including beach towels were included which was really helpful. The kitchen was modern and new and the washing machine, fridge and freezer were great. A few more basics such as a sharp knife, chopping board and some larger glasses would have been welcomed. The other thing that would have been useful was another set of keys. With only one set of keys it made it tricky if we weren't all going out together. Overall, very happy to recommend resort and accommodation. Lots to do and see, lovely people. We will come back!

I've traveled in a group of 4, so this location was a great pick for us, providing 3 bedrooms + a living room and 2 bathrooms (yup, there's never enough showers when you come back home after a day at the beach). The apartment is clean, well equipped (note for owners: a coffee machine would be great) and pretty quiet by our standards. There is only one A/C in the living room, so we had to sleep with our bedroom doors opened (there are also fans in 2 bedrooms, but in july - august they don't help too much. The best sand beaches on the island are really close to Xemxija (within 5-6 km you have Golden Bay, Mellieha Bay, Għajn Tuffieħa Bay), but i'm not sure how easy is to access them by bus, as we decided to rent a car (we chose R&R Car Hire - they're called now BSG Car Rentals - who offer very good prices with no hidden costs). There's really not much to do in the evenings in Xemxija, so renting a car is a good idea... there are plenty of places where you can park the car close to Dolphin Court. Also, if you decide to go to Golden Bay, don't hesitate to take any of the tours provided by Charlie on his Discovery speedboat... his tours offer top value for money.

The apartment is big enough but a main road is very close of the house and there is too much noise day and night. There are no blinds in the windows of two rooms, so you have the light inside at 6 a. m. I had no contact at all with the owner and the map and instructions to come she gave me were wrong, so it tools two ours to find the house. In the kitchen there are very few elements, no coffee machine, no salt...
