Our travel group of 7 adults was delighted to once again enjoy a few days at Villa Vravrona prior to our second cruise of the Greek Islands. Maria was so welcoming and cheerful and as before, made our visit very pleasant and comfortable. This remains an idylic oasis of calm among the olive groves, pistachio trees, and vineyards, although not far from the Athens airport. We reserved the villa and an additional garden suite. The kitchen was well provisioned with breakfast items and we enjoyed delicious and plentiful dinners of traditional Greek specialties at the glasshouse cafe on the premises. After such long flights, lounging by the pool was especially enjoyable. The pool and garden area also provided a venue to meet and enjoy the company of fellow travelers. I highly recommend that you arrange for airport transportation through Maria with Royal Taxi since the villa is remotely located. Royal Taxi service is superb and their rates are very reasonable! We were so pleased that we used their service for additional, lengthy trips. Thanks to the lovely accommodations, gracious hospitality of Maria, and of Akis, Vaios,and Kostas of Royal Taxi, we made more happy memories on our return visit.

Ideal countryside boutique accommodation to get over jet lag
We needed a place to get over our jet lag before flying out to our next destination. Perfect! A cab was organised, the owner Maria was amazing answering all my questions prior to arrival, this place is a beautiful boutique countryside accommodation with a pool and restaurant on site. We checked in unwinded by the pool, the countryside was peaceful, the pool was refreshing and great to shake off the fogginess. We ate at the on-site restaurant, the meals were exceptional. I would definitely be booking this place again.

Fabulous stay
We stayed in one of the villas. Maria arranged a taxi to collect us from the port. Room is Excellent. Lovely and clean. Wonderful DIY breakfast, eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, milk. A great coffee machine and a kettle. There is a pool which we didn’t use but looked fab. We had dinner in the glass house. Scrummy. Beetroot salad, Dolma, 2 moussaka (one would have been enough for 2!) a salad and then 2 complementary deserts (one of profiteroles and one ice cream with cherries)
Maria is incredibly helpful. She also showed us round the 4 bedroom villa which can be booked as a whole villa and has its own pool and a wonderful area to sit out.
We couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

A true hidden gem.
I gotta thanks Maria and Akros for the kindness when my flight got cancelled and check in time being delayed and delayed. The place is near to the airport and about 30 mins away from the city centre, however no regrets in choosing this place. The dinner served in the glass house was awesome cos Violet cooks like some super Michelin chef, cos I book here for the serenity and not for food but the food wowed me. The rooms itself was self contained, its like staying with your Greek friend in their awesome mansion, complete with the works, the room came with a stove and ingredients to make your own breakfast and I mean real breakfast with eggs, cheeses and ham and breads and milk and also an espresso machine. IF you cant cook then perhaps its time to fix your own breakfast. Sleep quality and showers were top notch since I been bathing in salty waters for the past week while in Santorini. Maria gave us the needed privacy while I strolled around in the massive place where I met her dog and cat. Its a really lovely place and really nothing to fault on. Please get Maria to book for you their own transport, use him and only him, cos he will ensure you feel welcomed in Athens, which is the first factor which made this stay great.

Nice quiet place
I stayed here one night due to a connection. It's really a nice comfortable bed and breakfast. Beautiful back yard/pool area. The host was super nice and made me some late dinner. It's really quaint.

Stop-over 15 minutes from Athens airport
Beautiful pool country villa and artistic garden suites. Two swimming pools and a brand new bistro bar restaurant. We had an early check out and appreciated continental breakfast in the room. Will come back for sure in summer.

Impossible to find
This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, at the end of an unnamed, unlit road lined with high walls and full of stray dogs. The address they give is for the middle of the local town, and they expect you to follow signs from there. If you don't believe me, try to find it on Google Maps street view.
My taxi driver from the airport could not find them, and when he called the number they gave I think they must have told him that we needed to take a local cab, because he drove back into town, and told us to get out in the middle of the street and get a local cab. He refused to take us back to the airport, and demanded 30 euro for taking us nowhere. We went into a grocery store and asked them to call us a local cab, which they did. He also didn't know where the place was, so we had him take us back to the airport.
When I got home from Greece I found an email from the Villa Vravrona, which was sent while I was already on the plane, reminding me that I should give them my flight information so they could send their cab to pick me up from the airport, which had not been mentioned on booking.com, or on in the confirmation email I received from them.
When I replied asking for a refund they told me it was my own fault for using an airport cab instead of their car service, and that they do not give refunds.

Dear Sir,
you keep on grading us with bad reviews all over the internet. This is at least a bit funny, when you chose to book a non-refundable reservation as we do have. What is more, I need to make clear to the public, once again, that not only "our drivers" can find the accommodation but...everyone else!
If it was "impossible to find" as you claim, then we wouldnt be booked everyday and we wouldnt have so good reviews.
Your adventure is not enough to make a general conlusion...

Failed booking
I booked this villa in good faith, had all the emails and had the perfect villa for my stay as I was getting married in Porto Rafti. Despite all this they told me I had not booked had booked others in our place. When I checked again they on
had the Friday to Saturday booked when I had booked for the Thursday to Sunday. There loss!
I would not recommend this place even when you think you have a comlete booking!

Location stupenda!!!
Complesso di appartamenti situato in una grande villa con due piscine in mezzo alla campagna a pochi km dall'aeroporto di Atene. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte purtroppo, essendo di passaggio per riprendere l'aereo il giorno seguente. La villa vanta uno charme tutto suo! La stanza è elegante e molto confortevole. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità con ampia varietà di scelta.
Assolutamente consigliato.
Da provare!

Serene spot close to Athens Airport
I stayed one night on my way to the coast. I reserved a sweet room on the lower side of the villa. It was very private, with its own pool. And another suite next door.
The room was beautifully decorated with everything one would need. Appropriate for one or two people. Wifi signal was strong.
The host was very helpful and ordered in dinner for me from a nearby restaurant.
(Delicious)
There were coffee, buns, eggs etc for breakfast. The kitchenette was well equipped.
The grounds are lovely and the surrounding area is rich with olive groves.
A short drive from the airport, directional signage along the way was helpful.
An ideal place for a large family or event.
