WOW This place is AMAZING! I stay here for 3 weeks with my husband and we really enjoy it. The house is very clean and I see no animals at all. The shops are close by and restaurants also close by. Also the sea is 5 Minutes driving with the car. The owners (Fernando and Ann) are amazing to! They help you with everything! If there is a problem they coming in 15 minutes.
I definitely go back to this beautiful place!!!
Also the swimming pool we enjoy very much!

Nice place
Nice place to stay with excellent privacy. Convenient location with eazy access to beach, shopping etc. Owners co-operation is excellent. I well enjoyed my 12 days stay with no complaints at all. I will definitely come back again on my next vacation.

Great resting spot
We needed a quick place to relax and recharge after three weeks of tripping around Sri Lanka. This place was ideal. It is very affordable, the house is very large and the little lap pool was used frequently. As this was a working spot for us on our trip we needed WiFi and the hosts were extremely accommodating to meet these expectations. It seemed we didn't have enough requests for our hosts, but I am sure if we had they would have been very happy to oblige.

My Favourite Villa
This was my 2nd visit to this beautiful villa had a great time it's a home from home very clean spacious & comfortable with a small private plunge pool under a mango tree & a lovely well tended garden.
The house is in a good safe neighborhood also CCTV all around & a 27/7 caretaker for added security so no problem leaving valuables when out from the house.
There are local shops nearby also supermarkets nice restaurants takeaway places & market for fresh produce if you want to cook in the house.
If you like to swim everyday there a plenty hotels around Panadura where you can pay a small fee to use the pool & have a buffet lunch also there a pools which the locals use which tourists can go very safe.
Last but not least thumbs up to Fernanfo & Anne who are exceptional warm hosts who are there to meet & greet you when you arrive they are just a text or phone call away if you need anything they are a lovely kind hearted couple.
Please everyone who reads my review come visit Sri Lanka it's a beautiful island with lovely friendly people lots of things to see & do great scenery very colourful. The country is very safe again these lovely people need tourists they need an income to live the same as us we cant give in to terrorists. Once you visit you will want to come back each time.
Thanks again Fernando & Anne for your warm hospitality was lovely to see you both again.

The Best Place ever
I love Villa Seven. We booked this place two times when we visited Sri Lanka. Owner of this House is so Friendly and very caring person. Lovely place, Beautiful pool, and the Friendly caretaker. My family Loves Villa Seven very much. We are looking forward to staying many more times when we visited our motherland.

Simply great
It is a beautiful home, clean, spacious and close to shops and food outlets.
Plunge pool is under a mango tree and fenced by a wall so chilling in it is excluded from public .
Hosts are kind and helpful, true professionals.
