We were a party of 9 who were travelling to Italy to attend a family wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this beautiful villa. It was large and spacious and had everything we needed. Antonio was friendly and even checked in on us after a heavy storm. The team provided us with a minibus and a driver which was such a huge help, the service our driver provided was faultless! We also had the chef in for one evening who cooked us a gorgeous 4 course meal to be enjoyed by all. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend.
A massive thank you from us all.

Wonderful escape from it all
Can't say enough good things about this house. So spacious and well laid out. We had up to 15 guests and yet had a great mix of good company and lots of space to do our own thing. Beautiful countryside. Great place for a family or group of friends to get together. San Severino town just 15 minutes or so drive. Hope to return to this wonderful spot again.

bellisimi ricordi
In questi ultimi mesi rinchiusi in casa abbiamo sovente ripensato con grande nostalgia alla nostra indimenticabile vacanza a casa Benessere alla fine dell'estate dell'anno scorso...
Quanto ci manca, specialmente ora, la sensazione di assoluta pace e tranquillità che sprigiona da ogni angolo di questa cascina fantastica!
Le stanze spaziose, la cucina attrezzata per tutto, il grande punto di ritrovo che è il tavolo immenso all'interno oppure quello fuori sotto la pergola profumata, la piscina immersa nel verde...insomma, questo posto è un sogno fattosi realtà! Inoltre si possono raggiungere spiagge, città d'arte, montagne e colli in poco tempo in macchina oppure optare per un panoramico giro del paesaggio con le biciclette messe a disposizione dai proprietari. Non parliamo poi della cucina che si può assaporare nei ristorantini ed agritur della zona e che deliziano il palato tutti!
...Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

I attended Sarah and Tina's Flourishing Retreat here in May and am still smiling: the house is amazing, an unique blend of authentic Italian craftsmanship with subtly built-in modern conveniences including an amazing kitchen to host groups/ dinners. The retreat was truly inspirational, a greater voyage of self-discovery than I would ever have imagined. The location is stunning, with beautiful views from every window and wonderful walks peppered with delightfully friendly conversations with a range of helpful locals! San Severino is a short car drive away and though we felt no need to leave the house and area, the restaurants shops and piazza are definitely worth a visit. Thank you Sarah, a memorable and rejuvenating retreat in your wonderful Italian oasis!

Awe-inspiring
I attended a Flourishing retreat at Casa Benessera. WOW. It is a spacious, peaceful, welcoming, beautiful villa overlooking the most incredibly awe-inspiring landscape. It perfectly balances both communal entertainment and privacy. I challenge anyone who visits to not feel rejuvenated and relaxed from the moment they set foot into the property and its stunning gardens. Cannot recommend a stay more for groups small or large.

pace e tranquillità
Questa cascina nell'entroterra delle Marche è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, per rigenerarsi, per passare del tempo indimenticabile con i nostri cari!
Se cercate pace e tranquillità combinate con un luogo ben curato nei dettagli e possibilità di ospitare un vasto gruppo di persone, allora Casa Benessere fa al caso vostro!
Noi siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla bellissima e ampia cucina fornita di ogni utensile immaginabile, dalle camere spaziose e dalla piscina incorniciata da un giardino impeccabile. Nei dintorni si possono fare belle escursioni a piedi oppure in bici, si possono scoprire incantevoli posti (come il Lago di Cingoli) e agriturismi ed il mare è a solo un'ora di macchina.
I bambini non volevano più andarsene e, francamente, anche noi saremmo rimiasti volentieri per un altro po' di tempo!

What can I say?
Firstly I want to say that I am an Irish man living in northern Italy right in the Dolomites. Up here we have beautiful mountains and scenery, however when we first arrived at Casa Benessere and woke up in this beautiful house and went outside, the views of the rolling hills in front of me was breath taking.
The house itself is large, very large, but not in a way that you feel lost. It is spread over three separate buildings and you get a feel of, firstly a home rather than a big untaught out building. It is cosy and has everything you could ask for. The kitchen for me is superb where big groups can mingle and prepare you meals. There is a choice of places to dine, inside or outside.
Of course the main attraction was the pool. You could not ask for more. than to relax on a sun lounger in the beautiful Italian countryside reading a book and when it gets a bit too hot, have a dip in the beautiful pool to cool off.
This place is a credit to the owners who had not only great vision in restoring the house, but impeccable taste in the way it was done. They have kept the old Italian feel to the building (with all the mod cons you could need) rather than go modern and to me going super modern would be a bit vulgar in this setting. There are photos in the house of what it looked like before the restoration.
Italy is more than food and wine, it is a place where beauty is all around but most people tend to not look further than a tourist town or city. This is a gem in the heart of the countryside and one that will build memories of great family time and relaxation. The only thing I have to complain about is that we will have to wait another year before we can make it back. :-(
P.S if the owners find a big ball of stress that would be mine as I have lost it somewhere on the premises, after the first day. If they find it can they please ball it up and roll it down one of those beautiful hills that stretches right in front of the property.
Thank you Sarah it was a wonderful stay and one that our family will never forget.
We hope to get back as soon as possible.

Amazing Italian get away
What a fantastic place to stay! Beautifully styled accommodation on a lovely site with stunning views across the mountains and valleys, you won't find a better base for your Italian adventure. This was our third visit, and we'll definitely be back again!

Memorable stay in the beautiful Casa Benessere.
Location is breathtaking. The house is traditional yet fully modernised. Ticks all the boxes. Walks from the doorstep. Bikes provided but we didn't use them on this trip. We used the local chef to cook lunch and dinner which was a big treat. Car needed but only an hours drive from Ancona airport. Very doable. Will be back for sure. Thanks so much Sarah for such a memorable time in the beautiful Casa Benessere!

Amazing place
This is the 4th time that we have stayed at Casa Benessere and it never fails to be an amazing holiday. The house is amazing and the children absolutely loved playing in the pool all day and around the property. We loved our stay. Thanks again Casa Beneserre for making our holiday so special and something that the children will remember for years to come.
