There's a ground-floor shower room with power shower, basin and WC and a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with verandah. The external utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls. A perfect base for wonderful holidays, all year round.
