The location is perfect for relaxation. It is very near to the village and close to amenities. Other amenities can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
The owner is very friendly and is always there to help.
The apartment we were in, had everything we needed.
The outside area is a really place where one can relax and admire.
We certainly would return to this place another time.

Wonderful
The apartment was excellent, the grounds so peaceful, the host helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Our children also loved the goats and chickens ..... and the pool of course!

Charming
We had a lovely time in this country house. Our appartment was well equiped and clean. We enjoyed the court yard and the pool. It was a very relaxing experience.

Rundum zufrieden
Wunderschön renoviertes Appartement mit Flair, perfekt ausgestattet. In der parkähnlichen Gartenanlage viele nette Plätzchen zum relaxen . Alles durch elektronisches Einfahrtstor gut geschützt , ideal für unser Motorrad und die Fahrräder. In Dozza super Alimentari mit prima heimischen,frischen Produkten .. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Relax en stedentrip vakantie
25 km onder Bologna, rustige landelijke omgeving. Een prima appartement , niet heel groot maar alles aanwezig. Wel een hele grote tuin met heerlijke ligstoelen en prachtig uitzicht.
Heerlijk om een dagje thuis te blijven maar ook een goede uitvalsbasis om stedentripjes te maken of naar het strand te rijden.

Un angolo di pace
Noi abbiamo affittato l'appartamento Quintino nel periodo natalizio, appartamento molto bello, la cosa che ho apprezzato molto è la cura dei dettagli, ogni pezzo dell'arredamento e dei mobili è stato scelto con cura e gusto. Gentilissimo il proprietario e molto disponibile. Un posto molto piacevole immerso nel verde.

Perfect place to relax!
This apartment is just perfect! Quiet, nice environment and very friendly people! Franco's hospitality is great! After arriving we received a good tasting bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and large. You can use the garden and swimming pool to relax and have a nice breakfast or candle light dinner.
Dozza is close to Bologna and therefore ideal to make a daytrip to the city. Also Modena and Ravenna are within 1 hour drive. Therefore this place is perfect to combine a holiday to relax and sightseeing!

Dolce vita
Que dire de plus que les autres avis ? Nous avions le grand appartement au rez de chaussée parfaitement équipé. Le style est ancien mais il s'agit d'une rénovation parfaitement réussie, il y a des prises électriques en quantité suffisante, la climatisation, etc...tout en conservant le cachet de l'ancien (interrupteur en porcelaine, meubles anciens, etc...). Enfin la clientèle de ce genre de location de vacances est respectueuse, pas de risque de trouver des serviettes de plage qui s'incrustent toute la journée sur les transats ! Je recommande chaudement et remercie Franco pour sa disponibilité et sa discrétion.

Lovely country house outside of Dozza in Emilia Romagna
This is a lovely place, the photos are accurate, the place is clean and well-maintained and has everything you need for a vacation. It is close to the autostrada as well as a train station and perfect for day trips (need a car here). Franco, the owner, lives on the property and is consistently around for help and good advice. Dozza is very near by and is a charming town with good restaurants.

Well-equipped apartment in beautiful countryside just outside quaint town
We spent five days in October and were very pleased with the apartment. Franco was very welcoming and pleasant, and provided good information about nearby restaurants and outings (as well as a bottle of wine in fridge). It's a quiet, rural setting and the apartment was not fancy, but the kitchen was complete and there is even a washing machine for laundry (as well as a dishwasher, which we didn't use). The town is about a km. away, and has a very interesting "Rocca" (fortress) from medieval times and at least four good restaurants, fairly reasonably priced. We loved being outside the big city of Bologna. We had a car, which I'd recommend, but there is a local bus stop. We used this for a home base while visiting Ravenna and Padua as well as Bologna.
