Come and visit us for a relaxing and affordable vacation at our new 'Studio Orient Bay '!
Studio Orient Bay has air-conditioning, a king sized bed, a sitting area with flat panel TV, satellite, a safety deposit box, free WIFI, electric shutter and have ocean view.
It is located in residence mont vernon , It offers the perfect environment for a great active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of the beach, St Barth, Tintamarre and Pinel island.
It is probably the best location on the island, private, quiet and safe in a gated community with 24 hr security, the complex has a very large swimming pool, free sun loungers, tropical gardens, laundry, pizzeria and a small grocery store with a wide selection of dry, fresh and frozen food, baguettes, croissants etc...

Great value and awesome views
There are different studios available, we have now seen three, and they all seem to be furnished about the same. Most have an excellent view of Orient Bay beach and you can listen to the sounds of the roaring waves. The units are nicely renovated (although there are signs that they are older). The location, right on one end of the beautiful 2km Orient Bay beach is superb and the units are a great value compared with other options on the beach.
Functional but limited kitchen and cooking supplies, 4 of most things, burners but no oven, coffee maker, washing machine and outside drying rack. Sponge and detergent are provided, but no starter foods like salt or oil - so best to bring some basics if you plan to cook (or buy them in one of the two convenient supermarkets about a five minute drive away (Leader Price and Super U). Each unit has its own satellite box. Two folding chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were provided - which was convenient and saved money by not having to rent lounge chairs on beaches. Excellent and quiet air conditioning and plenty of hot water in the shower with decent water pressure and a hair dryer. There is a safe, but space for clothing is limited.
We had one request, and Amaury showed up within 2 hours. I'm sure that he would have provided other items if we had asked, but we had what we needed.
There is still considerable post hurricane reconstruction ongoing at the Mont Vernon complex, which will probably take more than another year. Work starts at 8am and was mostly pretty quiet. Lower parking lot turns to mud when it rains. The tennis courts and pool are not functional. The onsite pizzeria is awesome, has quite a varied menu, is reasonably priced and is closed on Sundays.
This was our second stay here and we would definitely return.

Pleasant oasis with a great view
Amaury was a great host, and he has kept his unit in great condition despite the overall shabbiness of the Mount Vernon property. If you can get past that particular inconvenience (the parking is difficult; the walk is hilly), this is a great value with a great view. We loved the balcony and the little pizza place. It's a great place to make friends. A few more amenities would have been welcome: some paper towels, one or two extra pillows, but these are small considerations when you're enjoying island living. We loved the casual atmosphere, and the trade winds that kept us cool all evening. Convenient to the beach. You can walk there if you're fit, but it's hilly. We drove to nearby Pinel and Orient. Car is recommended. It was quiet, private, and serene. Come for the bargain. Stay for the view.

Un séjour parfait !
La situation de ce logement à la résidence Mont Vernon est vraiment parfaite pour visiter l'île et sortir dans des endroits sympas le soir! Je vous conseille vivement, au moment de votre réservation, la vue
mer sur la Baie Orientale, exceptionnelle!
Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par les propriétaires Amaury et Thibault ! Je les remercie encore mille fois pour cela et leurs conseils!

The Best on the Island!
We went to St. Martin after Hurricane Irma (in November 2017). We were scheduled to go before the hurricane and decided to go ahead since Amaury and Thibault said their studio was available for us. They did not have as much damage as others and were able to put everything in order quickly. The island was really bad, but these two brothers made our stay so enjoyable. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. And, that's what it was...perfect! We have stayed in Amaury and Thibault's studio in the past and also plan to stay in the future. If anything is needed, they make sure you have what you need within a very short amount of time. Thanks to them, again, for making this a most perfect stay! I would recommend these studios to anyone going to St. Martin -- extremely good location and Amaury and Thibault make the vacation the best ever.

Perfect for a couple with plenty of room
Even after the destruction from hurricane Irma the Mont Vernon Condos were functioning with all that was necessary for an enjoyable vacation. The only draw back was the pool which was totally destroyed, but after a short walk down the beach we found a fabulous pool and restaurant. Orient Beach was destroyed but still beautiful for swimming and walks. Amaury the owner of our condo was great and met all our needs.

Perfect place to stay for a fabulous vacation
We have stayed in the same studio apartment for the past few years.
This studio apartment is perfect for us, Bathroom, Kitchen, Washer, Large king sized bed, living room sofa, TV, Wifi, air conditioned,lovely balcony with stunning view of Orient beach, where we watch the sunrise and sunset everyday. It is very tastefully decorated. Its location is perfect, the beach on your doorstep.
Nearby attractions are village of Grand Case, with Bistro Caraibes being one of the best restaurants there, Orient Village, with restaurants, grocery store etc. Gymfit is also nearby and offers weekly memberships.
Hurricane Irma did obviously cause a lot of damage,but we have always enjoyed our 2 weeks in St Martin, that we decided that if the airport was open and 'our' studio apartment available we were going. We have absolutely NO REGRETS about that decision. The recovery process had started, and was ongoing. Hurricane Irma did not succeed in damaging the warm welcoming nature, and the spirit of the people of St Martin.
We are returning once again in January 2019, already have the studio apartment and our flights booked.
If you are planning a trip to the Carribean, this studio apartment in Orient bay is the perfect place to go.

Wow, what a view!
This studio is clean, nicely decorated, and has sliding glass doors out to a veranda with an amazing view. Comfortable king size bed, good AC. We like it and are very pleased with their service. We have been renting with Amaury & Thibault for 8 years. We are heading back again soon.

A relaxing venue.
Our studio looks exactly like the picture. The landlords are very responsive to our needs. The whole resort is recovering from Irma, with constant repairs and improvements. The beach and weather are gorgeous, as usual. Beach bars and restaurants are few but are returning. We have already booked for 2019.

Studio très comfortable
Le studio est spacieux et très confortable , il est identique aux photos publiées sur le site , un grand merci à Amaury pour son hospitalité, j’ai passé un séjour très agréable.

Definitely would return.
We enjoyed out stay very much. The view and sound of the ocean were perfect, and the studio was just a few minute's walk down to the beach. The resort was damaged by the hurricane (no pool, only some banisters on landscape stairways, etc), but the studio was very comfortable and the owner was very accommodating. The owner is also part owner of Bistrot Caraibe in Grand Case. The food there was phenomenal, and we appreciated the renters discount. We are looking forward to our return in 2019 or 2020.
