Brodarica is a small village 8km away from Šibenik. It's ideal place for family vacation, close to Šibenik, Split (70km) and Zadar (80km). Here you can find few nice restaurants with domestic food, as well, village have a lot of different beaches and 8 km long sea promenade and a lot of other attractions that are close; for example: horse farm, promenade through Canal St. Anthony and St. Nicholas fort, sandy beach, cafe and cocktail bars, National parks Krka and Kornati etc. Brodarica is really ideal place if you like active vacation too, like cycling, whether do you prefer road or a mountain bike. There is lot of beautiful landscapes that need to be explore. Geweldig appartement met fenomenaal uitzicht!
Als je van plan bent om richting Sibenik te gaan maar niet in de stad wilt verblijven is dit echt een fantastisch appartement! Het bevindt zich in Brodarica en met 10 minuutjes ben je met de auto in Sibenik. Het uitzicht is geweldig met een heerlijk groot balkon waar je de hele dag lekker van de zon kunt genieten. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien. De host is heel vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam. Zelfs onze hond kreeg een warm welkom ;). De zee is op loop afstand en er zijn voldoende restaurantjes waar je zo heen kunt wandelen. Het huis ligt aan een autoluwe doodlopende straat en de host woont zelf op de begane grond. Je hebt hier ruim voldoende privacy. Het appartement naast ons is leeg dus dat maakt het natuurlijk nog beter qua privacy en rust. Er is een fijn tweepersoonsbed en de slaapbank zal waarschijnlijk ook prima slapen, hij zit in ieder geval lekker. Er staan fietsen die we kosteloos mogen gebruiken en bij aankomst stonden er allerlei heerlijke dingen in de koelkast aangeboden door de moeder van onze gastheer. Al met al een echte aanrader, sowieso perfect voor stellen (met hond ;)).

appartamento ben tenuto, pulito ,ordinato, proprietario gentile e disponibile, terrazzo molto vivibile, apertivo di benvenuto, casa silenziosa e posizione ottima.

Most beautiful place I've ever seen and wonderful accomodation
My partner and I stayed at Apartmani Fluctus at the end of September 2016. We had the most amazing week! In the preparation for our holiday I had a few questions which Branimir couldn't have been more helpful with via email, as well as a few questions while we were there. Once we arrived we were politely greeted and shown around our stunning apartment, then given delicious fresh blueberries from their garden which kept us going for the duration of our stay, not to mention the fresh grapes they kindly gave us later on in the week and the birthday cake our hosts' mother made for my partner because he had a birthday while we were there. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and decorated beautifully, it is definitely a place where I, for one, would be more than proud to call my home. All in all we had a wonderful stay and couldn't be more thankful to Branimir, his family and his friend.
