Strongly recommended
The biggest advantage of this apartment is its situation just in front of the ocean, overlooking a quiet bay with transparent waters. This beach is quite popular among locals and lively during the day, but at night the place is quiet. We slept listening to the waves only, what was an amazing experience.
It is worth to emphasize that the internet connection is very strong with great speed, so if you need to work remotely during your holidays it will be the right choice.
The apartament in the reality looks better than on pictures, We had sun on the balcony every day in February. The equipment suited us well for a long stay. The owner Cecile was very friendly, flexible and helped us quickly when we needed it.
Everything what you may need is in a short walking distance. We liked especially a farmer's market with local fruit and vegetables, old town with Candelaria besilic and an ocean front promenade with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Apartamento sencillo y básico
El apartamento es sencillo y con servicios bastante básicos.
La ubicación es buena y con zonas de aparcamiento, el problema llega cuando en verano y por la tarde se reúne bajo el balcón toda la gente joven de la zona para bañarse ( música a todo volumen, suciedad, sin ninguna medida de seguridad sanitaria COVID-19) y por tanto la zona de baño deja de ser el paraíso que parecía. Tal vez en otras fechas fueras de la época estival se pueda disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el baño tranquilo.
La cama del apartamento necesita un cambio urgente ya que las láminas del somier están sujetas de manera muy precaria.

Super sympa
Super sympa, vraiment basique au niveau prestations mais au dessus de l'eau. Irremplaçable et relaxant.

Excellente situation appartement simple très fonctionnel petite crique accessible directement attention simplement pas mal de marche pour atteindre l'appartement à part ça je recommande tout à fait

Wonderful stay
This is our second stay in the apartment. Candelaria is a lovely Spanish town. The apartment is in a brilliant location for walks to the main square or along the promenade. The view is the very best.

Amazing!
The room was as expected,enough space available.The View from the balcony is amazing.There is a little bay in front,so at daytime it s sometimes a bit noisy from all the people swimming there.But nothing what bothered us.It s Well equipped with a fridge,microwave a small tv, washing machine etc. , and the couple who rent it is really nice.I didnt really undestood the washing machine,but that could be high likely my own fault.A had some friends visiting ne,locals,and all of them immediatly fall in Love with the Apartment.I would rent it again,it was amazing.The Sound of the sea in the night is wonderful. 10/10

Wonderful little apartment right next to the sea
I fell asleep every night to the sound of gentle waves below our bedroom window. Parking and communication with the host was easy and we loved staying in a truly Spanish town. The apartment was within walking distance of everything and had a lot of basic foodstuffs in the kitchenette which was fine for simple food preparation.
Perfect for a couple wanting a quiet seaside location with morning sun on the balcony

A real gem
What a wonderful location. You would never tire of looking at this view.
We stayed for 2 weeks and the apartment has everything you need. The wifi is great and the bed comfy.
Candelaria is a delight and this central location makes it excellent for walks to the Basilica square or along the lovely seafront.
It is easy to get to the motorway and we enjoyed visiting Santa Cruz, Loro parque and the pyramids of Guimar.
We loved it and have booked for next year already. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Perfect location - secure - with sound of the waves
My wife and I enjoyed a week's stay at this apartment. The communication with Cecile (the owner) prior to arrival was good and we were met on arrival and showed to the flat.
The location is amazing - the cliffs and small beach are directly underneath this first floor apartment. The sound of the waves was quite loud at night - but we found it OK in terms of sleep. As we were here in July, the windows had to be opened overnight, as otherwise it'd be just too hot to sleep. The mattress and pillows are of course not like in a 5 star hotel - but we certainly did not expect it for the little price anyway.
The small kitchenette was functional enough and to our satisfaction there was a pezetti coffee maker. The electric hob was a bit temperamental and kept on switching on/off, however it was sufficient for basic cooking, like frying onions or boiling eggs.
The washing machine was old (button names worn), but functional and washed our clothes well.
Having Wi-Fi was a bonus, again quality good enough for a holiday, but not too stable for a prolonged Skype meeting.
The apartment felt quite secure, as we were given a key to the apartment, to the hallway and even to the gate on the way out of the complex. A safe would be a nice addition though.
The location was close to the Candelaria shops and restaurants (I recommend Confradia El Muelle for cheap and tasty local fish). In the opposite direction (towards Las Caletillas) - there is a nice promenade and loads of fish restaurants within about 15 mins walk.
The bus stop was just outside the apartment complex and frequent buses go from there to Santa Cruz - which was about 20 min away - this was a real bonus.
One small downside to mention is that it looked like all local teenagers met on the rocks underneath the flat during the day to do their hanging out and diving into the sea from the cliffs, and became like a local public beach. As we were mainly out during the day, this didn't disturb us at all though.
The final point is that there are a communal pool nearby which is rather nice as well as Latin American dancing school, so we felt there was sufficient entertainment to our taste. For culture and sightseeing, we went to Santa Cruz.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Perfekte Lage
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen, die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Cecile und Alejandro haben schnell reagiert, als die Toilettenspülung kaputt war. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch sonst haben wir nichts vermisst.
