La villa è ben organizzata. Il salone è spazioso e consente di passare ore piacevoli in compagnia. Le camere sono grandi, pulite, così come i bagni. La cucina è funzionale e ben attrezzata. Abbiamo ricevuto una piacevole accoglienza che unita alla bellezza del posto e della casa ha reso il nostro Capodanno ancora più bello. Purtroppo essendo inverno non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire troppo dello spazio esterno. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in più famiglie con bambini e l'ampiezza e molteplicità degli spazi consente di vivere in più persone comodamente. Grazie a Genka e a Gigliola per la gentilezza e disponibilità.

We stayed at this holiday house in July with two families, 7 people total. It is a lovely rustic Tuscan home located in a quiet little valley about 10 min from Montopoli. Pros: Awesome pool - it was huge, clean and with lots of good seating and umbrellas around the pool. We spent many many hours in it, since we were there in the middle of a heatwave. Great location - you can get to loads of places in under an hour: Pisa, Volterra, St Gimingnano, Lucca, Florence. Large house - there was tons of room for 7 of us. 5 big bedrooms, most with a bathroom attached, and a huge lounge / dining room. Lovely lovely outdoor eating space with large table and loads of chairs. Great oven and stove top for cooking all the wonderful local produce. Cons: Beds weren't the most comfortable, but adequate. In the heatwave two of the upstairs bedrooms stayed quite hot through the night even with fans going. But it was extremely hot. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place to stay. We had a lovely week there.

La Villa Granchiaia est formidable. Elle ressemble en tous points au descriptif et photos. Nous avons passé une semaine ici en famille avec 3 enfants et nous avons adoré le lieu. Des amis sont venus nous rejoindre pour le week-end et nous avons été très à l'aise gràce à ses 4 salles de bain. L'emplacement est superbe, Très calme et ensoleillé à toutes les heures de la journée. Idéal pour visiter Pise, Florence, et Sienne et les autres merveilles de la Toscane. La décoration de la maison est magnifique avec beaucoup de charme et très bien équipée et entretenue. Genka a été vraiment accueillant et soucieux de notre confort. Villa Granchiaia is an old house, remodeled and redecorated with an excellent taste. Bed were really big and confortable. The kitchen was great with everything that you need and even more. The cooker was big and for a masterchef cook.
