Il est impossible de ne pas être charmé par la beauté du paysage qui procure un sentiment de bien-être. Clara et Carmine aiment leur région et vous font partager leurs bonnes adresses. Volete tranquillità, una location originale (in alcuni trulli)? Eccola, pulita e arredata con molto gusto, lenzuola da corredo, accoglienza più che cordiale, natura, silenzio, cozze in umido insieme ad un bicchiere di sangria, mentre pensate di tuffarvi in piscina, offerte da Carmine che con sua moglie Clara ha già fin dal primo momento iniziato a coccolarvi. Ebbene allora Casa Dinoja a Noci fa per voi. Una vecchia masseria ristrutturata nel completo rispetto dell'esistente, con muri a secco, parco, alberi, prati, stradine in cui perdersi e trulli. Siete nel centro della Puglia a pochi chilometri da Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano, Ostuni e poi in Basilicata Matera da non perdere. La nostra permanenza è stata si può dire tranquillamente indimenticabile.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Dimora Casanoja where our hosts Carmine and Clara ensured our stay was excellent by making you feel part of the family. The accommodation is set in a wonderful setting and is in a perfect location for day trips around the region. Highly recommend taking the cooking class to experience the delights of making cheese and pasta.

Staying with Clara & Carmine has been the best experience we’ve had! Their property is stunning, and their villas are beautifully appointed with all the comfort you need. We stayed at the house of the Herbs which might look far from the pool area but it’s a one minute walk. Upon arrival, Carmine warmly welcomed us, introducing all the different herbs in the garden, and explaining the basket full of local products in the house, as well as the wines and different cheeses in the fridge. He then guided us to the main area where the pool is, into his wine room - and gave us a tasting of several kinds of his wines (delicious!) and told us we are free to pick the grapes and figs in their garden anytime. In the middle of our one week stay, our room was cleaned, with new bed linen and towels, and we had even received a new bottle of red and white wine again! Clara and Carmine were amazing hosts, providing us with many many visiting and restaurant recommendations, inviting us to come along to a local African Jazz concert and Clara’s photo exhibition. When we spent time by the pool, Carmine would serve us local cheese with bread, his wines and even a small delicious lunch. We absolutely loved the property, and the visits to local towns, but Clara and Carmine’s kind, warm and extremely attentive hospitality made our stay so very special that we - including our chihuahua (who loved playing with the other guests’ dogs (all very well behaved :)) - were very sad to leave. One week was too short.... We would love to come back and try the house of the Olives next time. Nous logions à la Dimora Dei Ulivi : Séjour, cadre et accueil merveilleux., nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Eine perfekter Ort zum Urlauben! Es gibt 4 verschieden große Appartments, die sich auf dem großen Grundstück verteilen. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet mit vielen architektonischen Details. Der Pool ist toll angelegt mit Liegemöglichkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Vermieter die auch dort leben......wir haben super Einkaufstipps für Brot, Fleisch, Gemüse etc. bekommen, sowie auch Ausflugsziele und Restauranttipps. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns ein Willkommenspaket mit Brot, Keksen, Nudeln, Käse, Kaffee, Wein und und und........wir konnten davon super Frühstücken und auch ein leckeres Nudelgericht zaubern. Kurz gesagt: es war perfekt A perfect place for holiday! There are 4 different apartments spread over the big property. Very nice and modern and with a lot of architectural details. The Pool is very nice with relax areas on different levels. And you have to set apart the wonderful hosts, who are also living there. They gave us great tips for the best butcher, bakery, restaurants, beaches and places to visit. When we arrived there was a welcome package with bread, cookies, pasta,cheese,wine, coffee, and and and.......so we had everything for breakfast and even for a good pasta. So in short: It was perfect!

Siamo una coppia con un bambino di 3 anni. Abbiamo soggiornato il 10 ed 11 agosto 2017 e ci siamo immersi in un'atmosfera paradisiaca. .. inaspettatamente sublime! Carmine e Clara sono veramente due splendide persone che sanno soddisfare le esigenze dei loro clienti. La casetta in cui abbiamo soggiornato "casa di Ravel" é curata nei minimi dettagli ed il frigorifero era provvisto di squisitezze locali gentilmente offertaci. La piscina a sfioro ha un panorama mozzafiato! Per noi è stata un'esperienza incantevole!

We had a wonderful relaxing time here and our Hosts, Carmine & Clara, took very good care of us and provided us with excellent information about the surrounding areas: all of the restaurants (most of which are only 1 to 2 miles away) recommended were very good, etc. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with herbs, and salads growing in a bed in front of our little house; we were given loads of local produce including home made Olive Oil and Vinegar; I am sorry we did not have more time to do some cooking.

Nous voyageons régulièrement mais n'avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli. Carmine e Clara sont des hôtes incroyables qui savent vous faire sentir "chez vous" des votre arrivée : un frigo et des paniers remplis de spécialités locales, un jardin aromatique pour cueillir ses propres herbes, une déco fabuleuse comme il en existe peu dans les pouilles, un service impeccable, une piscine de rêve avec Cocktail maison servi au bord de l'eau. Un emplacement parfait pour sillonner la région et explorer les plages. et surtout un couple formidable qui vous accueille avec sincérité, gentillesse et savoir vivre. sans hésiter : allez y les yeux fermés vous ne voudrez plus partir...

Il posto è davvero molto bello, l'ospitalità dei proprietari è eccezionale, i locali sono curati nei minimi dettagli, ho apprezzato anche la disponibilità ad ospitarmi con il mio cane, lo consiglio vivamente a chi volesse una vacanza rilassante in una zona d'Italia molto interessante
