With no passing traffic, this villa is a tranquil and peaceful place to holiday. Yet only a few minutes walk away, a small Spanish restaurant can be found. Here, you can enjoy authentic Spanish meals and sample the local wines & beers. There is also a small English shop on this country road and within walking distance of La Encantada. Outside, there are large mature gardens surrounding the villa with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lots of space for children to play. This villa also boasts a large 10mtrs x 5mtrs sparkling clear swimming pool that enjoys the sunshine all day, it is never shaded. Around the pool, you will find plenty of sun loungers for everybody to relax and enjoy the sun. This is well furnished with comfortable seating and a large dining table, the perfect place to dine alfresco! A great place to take a break from the sunshine. Inside, this property provides you with everything you might require to enjoy your stay. Accommodation is all on one floor. The kitchen is well equipped and boasts all the mod cons you might need. Just off the kitchen you will find a lovely bright breakfast room that can be completely opened out onto the garden. The living room and dining room are very tastefully decorated as are the bedrooms. Each room is also very comfortably furnished. There is a smart flat screen TV and satellite system from which you can view many channels in various language's. Walking along the hallway you will meet the 4 bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with king size beds, one with a double bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom boasts and en suite. There is also a large family bathroom. All of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. High speed fibre internet access is available free of charge. Towels & linen are provided. Welcome basket can be provided for a small charge. So why not enjoy your holidays in this beautiful villa. Laze about by the pool dipping in and of the inviting crystal clear water. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility this property has to offer. Dine on the verandah late into the warm balmy summer nights. Great villa
We would highly recommend this villa. We were looking for a relaxing holiday with a great pool. We found it, this villa ticked nearly all our requirements. The villa is in a private quiet location, well equipped with lots of additional ornaments and pictures giving it a real homely feel. The pool is fantastic although a bit chilly this time of year. We had fresh lemons and oranges from the garden and the gardener left us fresh lettuce also from the garden. The only downside is not having a purpose built chimney barbecue and not walking distance to a bar or restaurant. The location more than makes up for this as near the airport and not too far from the major resorts or traditional towns.

Fantastic villa with amazing views.
This villa is perfect for a relaxed holiday. It's around 15-20 mins between Alhaurin de la Torre and Alhaurin de la Grande so a car is a must have. The location is great, really private with fantastic views. The pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds and chairs, and there are different areas around the villa to sit and relax. Very well equipped with loads of cutlery, plates etc. The garden area the villa sits on is huge with a great garden. It's handy for the golf club and an easy drive to the main motorway to go out and explore the region. Would definitely stay here again.

Prima ruim huis, van alles voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad. Ideaal voor groot gezin. Wel auto nodig. Ligt tussen twee plaatsen in!
