We stayed at Akti villa for two weeks in the two persons room. The room was big and spotless. The cleaning lady comes every 3 days for cleaning and changing sheets. The construction was made with such a care for details, that you feel that nothing is missing. In our room there was no TV and I would like to say that it was a big plus. The villa is built in a quiet place, next to the sea and the view from the room is gorgeous. The garden is big and very well taken care of. It has exceeded our expectations.

Location favolosa, comoda e su una spiaggia enorme, bellissima e quasi deserta. Abbiamo preso una stanza con bagno, comoda per due adulti e due bambini e con una veranda davvero spettacolare. Vicino al paesino di Kissamos, molto comodo e bello tutto.

The house is perfectly set on a secluded and beautiful sandy beach with panoramic views across the bay. The garden is large and ideal for families with young children. The house itself is very comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. We have been staying in beach houses all over Europe for years, and this is by far our favourite house. The owner was very accommodating and communicative. The entire family had a great time.

We stayed in this house for the two first weeks of August. We loved it’s location and the beautiful seaview it offers from most rooms. The house is practically situated on the beach. The beach itself, sand with stones, was barely frequented by anyone and had a wild feel to it. The house was comfortable with a nice living room, a large open plan kitchen, a barbecue and a generous seaview verandah. The house is surrounded by a generous garden, this as well as the lack of direct neighbours conveys a wonderful sense of space. Even though we were twelve people, the house’s full capacity, we never felt cramped, there was always somewhere to sit quietly with a book. A few steps away from the house was a small beach bar Naya. Very relaxed and friendly, with hamaks and seabeds. It was great to have them so close as we could walk a few steps and enjoy breakfast or dinner under the stars. The pretty town of Kissamos is a short five minute drive away or a twenty minute walk. Last but not lease the owners of the property, Lito and her husband were very kind and attentive, lovely people. There was a problem with the drains which they fixed immediately ¬¬

The location is perfect to reach some of the most beautiful beaches in this area of Crete, but the best part of this apartment is not that. You can enjoy your stay without moving from your house. The villa is located on a very quite beach where only few people are. We are staying in the studio for 4 people that is perfect for a family with 2 children. The kitchen is a little corner in the studio but has everything you need to cook and if there is anything you need you can always ask the owner, Lito. She is a very welcoming lady ready to help you at anytime and very well organized. Another great thing is that around are many places (phone number information are already in the room) that can delivery food for any meal directly at the villa. I totally suggest this place especially for families and for people that want to relax in a full serviced place. Thank you for the great experience

very big room, perfect for 2 persons with a pretty decoration. This house is with a big garden immediately on the beach. Almost a private beach because no hotel, and nobody around this house. Every breakfast is great because you wake up with the beach under your feet and the sea for a wonderful quiet sight. Every two days, we had a women who comes to clean the room. The beds are a top quality, so you sleep very good. i just have to say one word: Great !!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a fine luglio, io, mia moglie e mio figlio di 9 anni. La consiglio vivamente perche si tratta di una struttura moderna, confortevole, ben arredata, con un ampio e curato giardino, di fronte al mare. La coppia dei proprietari (due ragazzi giovani) si è sempre comportata in modo gentile ed ospitale e sempre pronta a darci tutte le informazioni e consigli necessari per una piacevole vacanza. Poche' la villa e' fuori dal centro abitato di Kasteli - Kissamos (secondo me un vantaggio perché si gode di pace e tranquillità), e' consigliabile avere una propria autovettura.

At the early of May, we visited Creta and stayed in this magnificent Villa by the sea. We were 4 couples in a nice private Villa.. the rooms were clean and luxurious, nice place to rest, enjoy swimming and suntun. The couple who are the owners of this place, were much friendly and considerate, they showed us a map with the best beaches and suggested us very nice local taverns! The bad thing was that some days the temperature was not so high so next time we will go for sure in summer!

Stayed with friends for one week and it was an unforgettable experience! Great place to relax and also go around to the Kissamos attractions, must visit is Balos lagoon, elafonisi and falassarna beaches! The location of the property is unique, it is like you have a private beach in front of the house!
