La propriété tenue par Luka et sa famille est vraiment magnifique, avec une très belle vue sur la vallée ! Et ils sont surtout extrêmement accueillants et très sympathiques ! Un endroit fabuleux !

The location: wonderful quite place surrounded by beautiful forests covered in snow - excellent place to get away from every day routine. The house: The house is equipped with everything you can need during vacation, it has a room with pool table, bar, darts which we enjoyed very much. Rooms are very comfortable and warm, the kitchen is very well equipped with all kitchen appliances one could need. The huge SPA zone with a large sauna is a great place for relaxing. Entire place is very clean and warm. There was not a single detail that was missing. The hosts: Very kind young couple who immediately responded to all requests we had! GREAT HOSTS! The location I would definitely recommend to everybody, suitable for large groups. Thanks a lot to our great hosts and I'm sure we'll be visiting you again very soon!

Excellent accommodation, hosts, nature. The spa area with fireplace perfect. Clean, neat, full equipped kitchen...

My 9 friends and I stayed at this great holiday resort house at the end of spring - May 2015. We had a stay of 2 nights/3 days. The house is great, very clean (I travel a lot and it was the cleanest private apartment/house I have ever seen) and well equipped, has every modern appliance, a closed terrace for those cold nights in Gorski kotar, but also a beautiful outdoor terrace equipped with a barbecue with a great view of the Kupa valley. I need not to mention that we enjoyed our time with some BBQ and drinks, beer and gemišt (a local Croatian drink - white wine mixed with mineral water). The house also has a big kitchen and a living room where all 10 of us had some great times and laughs together. There is also a game room with darts and a pool (billiard) table where we played for hours while our drinks were cooling in the fridge in the game room. There is just some unexplainable peace that we felt in that surrounding...the beautiful nature and the quietness... The hosts, Luka & Sanja are very kind and open hearted people. We had a great welcome and when we needed them they were always at our disposal. They also advised us on some great trips in the surroundings and took their time to take us to some of them. On our first day we went to the nearby mountain Risnjak and climbed some 1528m to the peak Veliki Risnjak where we enjoyed the beautiful view at Gorski kotar, you can even see the Kvarner region and the Adriatic sea! On the second day we visited a beautiful nature reserve location Zeleni vir, which was just breathtaking with it's canyon Vrajži prolaz and a waterfall Zeleni vir.. We had a really great and unforgettable time. Some of the experiences on that trip are still a big part of our memories and the fun we had together lasts still. We are planning a new visit for the start of June 2016. I would recommend this place for everyone, for older, for younger people, for families. It has the capacity for 12 people. They also have a crib for babies and small children (we had a 2 month old baby with us on our trip). The nature is just breathtaking, with the great hosts you will feel like home and you will certainly want to come back!!

Kozji Vrh is excellent house to visit with your friends or family. The house has everything that you need; barbecue, view, games, billiard, picado. Rooms are very cozy and beds are comfortable with top quality mattreses ad pillows. Owner Luka and his girlfriend greeted us as welcome and explain everythig in the house and gave us super tips to spend our holidays in Gorski Kotar. I would recommend this beautiful house to everybody!

I have stayed here for 4 nights last year on New Year's Eve with three other couple, and we had a great time. And I see that now there is small Spa area, so it must be even better than before.

everything was great, no problems with anything, we really enjoyed the atmosfere, strongly recommend!

This was one of the best vacations I have ever had. The house itself is great, giving all source of fun, but what gives extra credit is amazing host who gave himself fully so we would lack nothing. He even pulled us with his car conected with a tractor tire which was awsome! I really don't know how somebody can top up that vacation.
