To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with lawned areas and patio with furniture. Set in a great situation, Brunnion Cottage can be enjoyed at any time of the year. A very private decked area with summer house, rattan suite and coffee table, an outdoor table and chairs and barbecue for the use of guests. Two well-behaved pets welcome, fairly large dog cage if not already booked out. Sorry, no smoking. Excellent Farm Shop and pub 2 miles. NOTE: SLEEPING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LOUNGE. Please note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 1 infant in a travel cot. Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations. Town: The seaside town of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the boutique hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine?

Perfect in every way
Stayed here from 7 July, 2018 for a week. It was absolutely wonderful. Lovely owners. Dog friendly. Patio, summerhouse, shared gardens (but never saw the people in the other property). Although in countryside easy access to St Ives, the Park and Ride at Lelant Saltings and in the other direction to St Michael's Mount, etc. Have already booked for next year!

Wonderful guest house and ideal location
Just a few miles outside beautiful St Ives and within easy access of many other lovely parts of Cornwall. Brunnion House is ideal for a family or a couple and the large living area accommodates 4 people easily . The property has all the amenities you could wish for and the upstairs lounge is particularly impressive if you want to spend evenings in after a day outdoors. Patsy and Roger are the perfect hosts. There are very friendly and offer helpful advice if asked on where to eat and visit during your stay.

Perfect Stay
Stayed at Brunnion Cottage for the week. The location was secluded yet perfect for easy access to a most beautiful part of the country. The hosts were lovely, met us with a warm welcome offered a lot of useful advice and then waved us off after a fabulous week. Could not recommend the accommodation enough it was beautifully laid out, very clean and comfortable. Genuinely looking forward to returning in the near future. Just perfect! Thank you Roger and Patsy.

Peaceful and relaxing
The owners are a most delightful and welcoming couple, there when you needed them. Very well equipped cottage, nicely but practically decorated, very comfortable. Well maintained. The bottle of wine and milk form the local dairy is a nice touch too. Pet friendly, with dog towels, quilts etc provided. The wild birds are mesmerising, watching them feed. The cottage is an ideal base to explore this lovely area, lots of information available on hand with information about the local history too. Would definitely recommend a stay here at Brunnion Cottage.
