Lester e suo fratello Joe sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno anche prestato il navigatore per 3 giorni , la casa è molto bella così come il panorama, la pulizia ci ha deluso un po' per quello che costa la casa abbiamo trovato calzini sporchi e polvere secolare sotto tutti i letti e la terrazza dove c'è l'idromassaggio all'esterno sembra più un deposito che un posto dove rilassarsi.... inoltre Lester ci ha chiesto un deposito cauzionale di 200 euro ma questo nell'annuncio della casa non è specificato ! Mi ha chiesto anche un pagamento extra per il nostro bambino di soli 3 anni che però ha dormito con noi nel letto, a questo punto avrebbe dovuto fornirmi una culla per il resto tutto bene comuque

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you found "dirty socks" in the bedrooms (?). After our cleaners have cleaned the loft, a checklist of 40 quality control points is checked before letting our guests check-in. We therefore doubt that there were any socks. Furthermore if there were socks or anything else to be found, why did you say everything was perfect at the time of your check-out? You even called us "friends". Not a single word was spoken about any "dirty socks" also the cleaning team hasn't found anything after your check-out. If we are wrong, please say so because we at Zaanhof do everything for our guests to have their best Holland experience.
As for the additional fee, in your booking you said to come with six persons. At the check-in there were seven. When we asked if there went anything wrong with the booking you answered that the 7th person is only a kid of 3 year old (who can walk, talk and use nearly all Zaanhof's utilities). We found this behavior rather inappropriate. At Zaanhof the booking price as stated on the website is for 1-6 persons. So we had to charge you for the 7th person, but out of respect we discounted you over 50% on the charge. You even thanked us for doing that.
The extra services we provided for you in our own (non paid) time is because we at Zaanhof love to give our guests the highest possible service and attention. The review above written by you, isn't in line with what all our previous and returning guests say. We do not judge you but we do think this rather oddly review has something to do with us not letting the 7th person stay at Zaanhof without any charge.
