Jamanota è il nostro luogo del cuore. Siamo a casa in Italia ormai, il viaggio ad Aruba è finito da poche settimane, ma quando pensiamo che Jamanota esiste nel mondo, il nostro cuore si scalda di gioia e gratitudine.
Nello stesso momento in cui scriviamo, infatti, lontano da qui esiste una casetta immersa in un paesaggio incredibile, fatto di cactus, uccellini, alberi mai visti, lucine colorate che si accendono al tramonto e tramonti che non finiscono mai, perché c’è ancora una nuvola rosa e della birra da stappare sotto il portico.
Nello stesso momento in cui scriviamo, possiamo immaginare di essere là, a cucinare nella splendida veranda, all'aperto, solo i rumori della natura di sottofondo, adorabili mici e cani che tengono compagnia, coccolano e diventano familiari che ti attendono quando torni tardi la sera (ciao amica Lola!).
È un luogo pieno di bellezza, così tanta che stenti a crederlo.
Io e Nicola siamo sempre in viaggio, non siamo persone che si fissano in un luogo, desideriamo cambiare spesso scenari e vivere nuove avventure. Anche quest’anno, come sempre, eravamo partiti per Aruba prenotando solo il volo e una casa per i primi giorni, pensando avremmo avuto esigenza di cambiare dopo poco. Per la prima volta non è andata così, perché Jamanota ci ha stregati e abbiamo chiesto di poter rimanere per tutta la durata del viaggio.
Abbiamo amato la casa, costruita con materiali che si integrano perfettamente con il paesaggio circostante. All’interno, avrete tutti i lussi di una vacanza da sogno: aria condizionata, doccia grandissima con soffione ampio, bagno da spa, letto ampio e comodo, soffitti alti, arredamento studiato con amore. Fuori, ad attendervi, la magia di una natura insolita e un portico abitabile sotto il quale cucinerete, riposerete in amaca, ammirerete le stelle e godrete realmente del contatto con la natura. Tutta l’isola è perfettamente raggiungibile da casa in circa venti minuti, la posizione centrale è davvero strategica.
Muk e Doreth sono gli artefici di questo luogo da sogno e, neanche a dirlo, sono persone di una bellezza rara: disponibili e solerti nel momento del bisogno, sono stati anche discreti e delicati nell’interagire durante il soggiorno, senza mai invadere la nostra privacy. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e rivestiti sempre di attenzioni puntuali. È un luogo in cui il ritmo è sempre quello giusto; uomo e natura possono rispettarsi, c’è armonia.
Siamo fortunati ad esserci stati: è un mondo più bello per noi, da quando nel nostro cuore esiste jamanota.

Jamanota is our place of the heart. We are at home in Italy now, the trip to Aruba is over for a few weeks, but when we think that Jamanota exists in the world, our heart is warming with joy and gratitude.
At the same time that we write, in fact, far from here there is a green house immersed in an incredible landscape, made of cactus, birds, trees never seen, colored lights that light up at sunset and sunsets that never end, because there is still a pink cloud in hte sky and some beer to be uncorked on the porch.
At the same time as we write, we can imagine being there, cooking in the beautiful veranda, outdoors, only the sounds of nature in the background, lovely cats and dogs that keep company, cuddle and become familiar. They await you when you come back late evening (hello sweet Lola!).
It is a place full of beauty, so much that it is hard to believe it.
Nicola and I are always traveling, we are not people who fixate in a place, we often want to change scenarios and live new adventures. Also this year, as always, we booked the flight A/R and booked the house for the first days only, thinking we would need to change soon. For the first time it did not go that way, because Jamanota bewitched us and we asked to stay for all the duration of our holyday.
We loved the house, built with materials that blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape. Inside, you will have all the luxuries of a dream vacation: air conditioning, large shower with large shower head, comfort like a Spa bath, large and comfortable bed, very high ceilings, windows everywhere and furniture designed with love. Outside, waiting for you, the magic of an unusual nature and a habitable porch under which you will cook, rest in a hammock, admire the stars and really enjoy the contact with nature. In use of the apartment also a couple of mountain-bikes and beach chairs. The whole island is perfectly reachable from "Jamanota Happy View" in about twenty minutes, the central location is really strategic.
Muk and Doreth are the architects of this dream place and, not even to say, they are people of rare beauty: available and diligent when needed, they were also discreet and delicate in interacting during their stay, without ever invading our privacy. We felt welcomed and always covered with punctual attention. It is a place where the rhythm is always the right one; man and nature can respect each other, there is harmony.
We are lucky to have been there: it is a more beautiful world for us, since in our heart there is a jamanota.
