Easily, 20 minutes, in Spring/Summer Tourist Season, as it is on the Periphery, of the City Proper but this is, for me, good, as eliminates, Clogged traffic and crowds. I do believe, I saw their own Shuttle Parked, in the lot.

How are the accommodations for the rooms with the hot tubs?
I just wanted to share my review here (I asked the original question) for anyone who happens to come across this question: My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our return trip back to Busch Gardens to use our Fun Card before the school year starts back up. We originally booked our stay on hotels . com for the Friday through Sunday for a room with a King Sized Bed with a hot tub, with a no cancellation fee to save a few dollars each night. Then we decided to add one extra night, checking in on the Thursday before hand, to get one additional day of vacation. I called the hotel since I could not make changes to our initial booking, to just add one night to our room. The hotel booked the extra night for me. When they told me of the cheaper price for the room right before I hung up that I found online, I decided to call back to make sure they had the right room with the hot tub. They assured me they did. The Wednesday before our vacation, I had my girlfriend call to confirm our entire reservation, for the right room. They again assured her that I had the room with the king sized bed with hot tub room for my entire stay. When I checked in, however, they had me down for two different rooms, one for Thursday Night, two queen sized beds, and my initial booking of king sized bed with hot tub for Friday through Sunday. When I told them that I called multiple times to confirm that my reservation was accurate, they just told me that whomever put the additional day in did it incorrectly, and they could switch it, but for an additional cost. It ended up costing almost an additional $30 to switch the room for the one night. After reading about the rooms on TripAdvisor, I feared the worst for the room. Upon arrival, however, the room was rather clean. My girlfriend and I brought wipes to use, in the case that the room was extremely awful, so we used them anyway. They were some obvious maintenance issues with the room: the bathroom tub was dented, parts of the hot tub tile were a little messed up and missing a piece of the edging. Also, the mattress sheet cover was put on inside out as well as too small for the king sized bed and the elastic band that holds it to the bed was broken, so it came off often during the night. The air conditioner took a while to cool the room off, but the next day the room was nice and cool to come back to. On our first day of our vacation, my girlfriend and I went to the Virginia Living Museum (a great place to visit, I might add) then came back to the hotel. When we came back, the hotel's cleaning cart was on our floor. We were going to take a short nap before heading to Busch Gardens, but since they had not cleaned our room yet, and we wanted additional towels, at least, we decided to just use the bathroom then head out. When we returned to the room that evening, we found our room had not been cleaned. My girlfriend called down to the front desk and told them of our issue, and they said it was our fault for leaving the 'do not disturb tag' on the door, which we had not. We added that we would like them to clean our room the following day, after we leave the following morning for a day at the Park. They said they would, which, in fact they did. The night of our final stay, my girlfriend turned a knob in the bathroom that would look like a fan for the bathroom, that turned out to be for the hot tub jet streams. It would have been nice to know this knob existed upon arrival, as it made the room that much better, too bad we were not around much longer to enjoy it. If you decide to book this room, make sure you use this knob. Word of caution, however, do not turn the jet streams on until the hot tub is full. The breakfast is the hotel was not that delightful and after getting up for it the first morning, I did not worry about getting there any other mornings of our stay. It is just bagels, a few types of small muffins, and cereal. Room Tip: If you get a room with a hot tub/jacuzzi, the switch for the jets is in the bathroom.
