The hotel was beautiful. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The pillows and blanket were so soft and comfortable. My friend and I stayed an extra night literally because the bed was SOOOOO comfy. The hotel is within walking distance of the arch! We loved that. The parking was $30 a day BUT it felt safe and nice. I had no concerns about my car while it was parked there.
Human feces on sidewalk outside the hotel door, non-functioning spindle entrance, decorations old and dark, room needed renovations, no shower curtain or towels in the room...just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Def not Hilton quality.
Does not feel like a Hilton hotel, more like a motel. I honestly will never come back ever again. There were carpet stains, the rooms were very small rooms for the price I paid and the hotel feels very neglected in general.
Walls were thin, could hear everything going on. Checking in was a nightmare. Couldn’t get into the building or to parking. Had to wait at the door forever for someone to let us in. Rooms need upgrades. Front desk was also not clear on any instructions or checkin information.
The location was perfect. The jacuzzi in our room was very nice, and the staff was friendly, but we were disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. Pretty shabby in comparison with other 4 star hotels. The exterior was not impressive— especially after dining at the Ruth Chris Restaurant in the classy Hyatt Hotel 1/2 block away. No comparison!! The Hilton’s carpet was worn with tears and strings visible. The bed was soft and needed replaced. The front door was locked, and the side door was gated, We arrived at 5 PM, yet we were told our room wasn’t ready. There was no valet or any greeter. No visible security. No, this was not the Hilton Honors Quality.
