Dal hospitability dalla calorosa e generosa da Dave e Julien all'arrivo, al nostro bungalow bellissimo immersa in una foresta tropicale eravamo entusiasti lussureggiante con i nostri alloggi, e il servizio eccezionale da Tulemar. La vista dal nostro bungalow vista sul mare era bellissima, e avendo una spiaggia privata al nostro comodità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più pleasureable. Manuel Antonio è un posto unico ecletic, con negozi, caffè interestings's, e ottimi ristoranti. Abbiamo trascorso le ultime alcuni giorni del nostro viaggio qui, ed è stato il posto perfetto per noi per rilassarsi, e prendere il bellezza naturale intorno a noi.

Svegliarsi al mattino con un panorama mozzafiato è solo l'inizio della giornata. La spiaggia è bellissima, ed i servizi efficienti. Il personale è attento e discreto, mai invadente. È difficile trovare una nota stonata, Il Travel choice award è strameritato

Hi pistrada...thanks for the five star review on your stay in Tulemar...your kind words brought a smile to my face...and thanks for mentioning some of the things that make Tulemar so specials....the "breathtaking views"....the Tulemar Beach......a secluded tropical cove......surrounded by palms and jungle.....sandy beach....with waves that range from almost flat to enough for fun.....warm waters.....and free lounge chairs.....umbrellas....kayaks....boogie boards.....and towel service.....food/beverages that you just sign to your suite or villa......and David....our Beach Concierge....to make sure everything is just right...and our award winning service...we hope to have you back in Tulemar again soon!

Il paradiso esiste

Ho trascorso una settimana di Pura vida in questa fantastica struttura.Tutto perfetto:natura incontaminata,villa al di sopra delle nostre aspettative,spiaggia da sogno e personale competente amichevole e gentile.Nonostante la distanza ho intenzione di tornarci per la bellezza dei luoghi,servizio pulman perfetto,casa dotata di ogni confort,spiaggia attrezzatissima (grazie grande David!)con mare caldo!,piscine con servizio ristorante di livello e che dire?Un grazie di cuore alla nostra concierge Ashley che ha reso, con la sua competenza e professionalità ,la nostra vacanza PERFETTA!!!

Hi criss63...thanks for the 5 star review on your "vacanza PERFETTA!!!" in Casa del Mar in Tulemar...…..Casa del Mar is one of the best and most unique two bedroom villas inside Tulemar….(king bed in one / 2 queens in the other)......the owner of this villa loves to shop and it has a great collection of art pieces and a kitchen with every gadget that you can imagine.....plus indoor/outdoor showers......a large Jacuzzi on the deck....and great ocean views....and of course the services of Superstar concierge Ashley to take care of your every need...and thanks for mentioning David our beach concierge...you are sure to make his day...we are all thrilled that you plan on returning...we will be ready for you...thanks again for the review!

Impressionante bellezza

Uauuuuu fantastico hotel...,ottimo arredamento ti sembra di vivere una favola e la vista mozzafiato.......ragazzi questa è PURAVIDA ......servizio eccellente,pulizia maniacale nonostante è in un contesto pieno di verde bravi a tutte le persone che lavorano sempre disponibili e cordiali prezzi giusti per la qualità e professionalità,complimenti anche per el desayuno e todo beso muchas gracias PURAVIDA!!!!!!lo consiglio vivamente

Non credevo che esisteva un posto del genere oltre al personale che ti coccola anche il posto è un paradiso vista mozzafiato incantevole anche l'arredamento è la pulizia all'esterno sembra di vivere in una foresta ma con la comodità di un 5stelle grazie a tutto lo staff

Hi, Is there a good surf spot in the area?

There are several.....the main beach at Manuel Antonio is the favorite......only 5 minutes by car/taxi from Tulemar......there are other further south too......a fun day trip! (surfboards and paddle boards are not allowed on the Tulemar Beach - we keep it safe for swimmers and boogie boarders)

hi, my husband and I hope to stay in one of the Villas early in 2021. after booking how would we book a private transfer to and from SJO?

As soon as you have your dates and book.....your concierge will provide the transportation options from SJO to Tulemar.....including a private van/driver......the commuter airline......or if you're a repeat visitor to Costa Rica and want to drive.....the best rental car option!

Hi, what activities near Tulemar would you recommend for a six year old?

There is a butterfly farm close that might be of interest. We did not have young kids on easy of our trips to Costa Rica. If they love water, there are many beaches and water activities, too.

Our return flight departs SJO at 7:55 am. We are not going to get a hotel near the airport the night before. Rather, are leaving direct from Tulemar. What time do we need to leave the resort so we arrive in time for our flight? How long is the drive?

Are you in a rental car or taking a private van with a driver? If you are taking a private van/driver.....leave at 3 AM.....you can sleep the entire way over......arrive at 6 AM.....2 hours prior to your flight.....at that time in the morning it will only take your driver about 2 hours and 15 minutes to get there.....but this gives you some extra time just in case......if you are driving a rental car.....check to make sure the car rental spot will be open......still figure 3 hours to driver over.....and 45 minutes more to check in the car and get to the airport.....so that means leaving Tulemar at 2:15 AM.....I actually catch the early flights out of SJO every time I fly back to the states.....I use the private van/driver and leave Tulemar between 2-3 AM depending on my flight time.....I prefer that to wasting the day/evening before going to San Jose and getting a hotel. I'm looking to travel to Tulemar between 3/18-3/23, but there is little availability when trying to book through the resort. Since they are privately owned, does anyone know of ways to book directly or alternatives? Thanks

Tulemar is booked for your dates......I see only a night open here and there for 2 guests.....I'm so sorry. Tulemar Dave
