Is this hotel near the cruise terminal

Hi, we arrive at the end of July, but have no idea about transfers to the hotel. Does the Hotel provide transport from the airport for their guests ? If not, what other options are there ? Thankyou

Now the most important issue On 11 th of November we requested to meet miss Anne as we wanted to reserve a table at the lounge waterfront so that we could celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary dinner . Miss Anne was very hospitable and promised to reserve a good seat for us and she also recommended a vegetarian pasta option for me and a lobster for my husband. She promised that she will give necessary instructions to people responsible as she would not be on duty on 12 November at night. On the 12 November we got ready and reached our table at around 8 pm The waiter who attended us supposedly was already briefed by Anne so he immediately after around 40 to 45 mins brought our lobster and pasta . The pasta was edible but very cold. I requested the waiter for a change of bread as it was too crusty and I have a problem with chewing crusty bread. The waiter very unexpectedly retorted that this is the only bread I have and that he would reheat it and serve me. I again requested him that I have weak teeth and would not be able to eat it and if he can serve me even 2 slices of bread with butter I would be grateful . Finally he relented and brought a roundish brown bread which was a bit better . But no butter was served however that’s not an issue By this time however I had lost my appetite tho . Now my husband had ordered lobster with rice and salad as accompaniment and a complimentary wine was to be served with it. The lobster came with the rice and followed by the salad but the wine never arrived. We were sitting with another family so we did not wish to create any scene so we quietly managed to eat our cold dinner. My husbands lobster was very chewy and hard so presumably I feel that our food was cooked and either kept aside or they reheated something from the fridge that it was so cold hard and chewy. We then asked someone whether we are eligible for the wine that they forgot . The head waiter immediately rectified his error he apologised and served all of us wine and drinks. He also brought in a complimentary pastry with a candle. Finally we closed in on our wedding anniversary celebration. The next day however we spoke to Anne. She promised that she would look into what went wrong and promised to invite us for another dinner which would erase the bad memories . We requested her to just see to it that we don’t have to pay for a disaster meal of our anniversary as it was really not justified, however she tried her level best but those 1650 rs were not wAived off our hotel bill. Which I personally felt it was not right . Customer satisfaction is more important for a international hotel than a mere bill of 1650 We traveled all the way from Mumbai to Mauritius and stayed in this hotel for over a week, we spent over 3 lakhs in Indian rupees so obviously we could have spent another 1650, But this was about ethics not money. We spent over 2000 rs in tipping the staff before leaving. So obviously we were expecting some gesture from the hotel too. I would request the hotel authorities to kindly be more understanding in such situations.
