SHERATON GRAND KRAKOW Hotel (Cracovia, Polonia): Prezzi 2019 e recensioni

I will be staying in the hotel soon and wondering about the offering in the Club lounge. Can anyone give me the exact times and details of what is on offer. Wondering if I should book the club lounge or not. What times is it open? What food and drinks are on offer and at what times? Would the selection and quantity provided be ample for a day, and mean that I would not have to spend money on food elsewhere?

Only a light breakfast is offered in the Club Lounge. However, you can have free breakfast on the ground floor which is excellent. The Club is certainly well worth it! I am staying at this hotel in September but breakfast is not included. Does anyone know the daily rate for breakfast? Thank you

The breakfast was horrible, food is stale and not worth the price whatever it may be. Go somewhere else, it’s probably better and less expensive. Our room came with breakfast. It was a waste.

Does anyone have the email for the hotel? Is there music on the rooftop during the week or weekends only?

Hi, We looked the hotel up on line and it had all the details and email address. There is music from the hall not sure about the roof. Enjoy it's a very nice hotel and the staff are great

Sheraton Grand Krakow Krakow Bład w obciązeniu karty 661267425 Szanowni Państwo, podczas mojego pobytu (22-23.03.2019) błędną kwotą została obciążona moja karta (za wysoko). Reklamacja została wysłana na mejla krakow_małpa_sheraton_com oraz fos.krakow_małpa_sheraton_com , niestety bez odzewu. Proszę o wyjaśnienie. Dominik Siedlik

I currently have a reservation in JUne for 6 nights. Is there a toll free number to reach the hotel from the U.S?? I read that you have airport shuttle, how do I arrange for this? Price for 3 people?

Best to make contact with the hotel via e-mail. The airportshuttle is PLN 110 one way. Reservation needed.

Non manca nulla

Un soggiorno lussuoso senza eccessive svenature della carta di credito. Non manca assolutamente nulla. L'ubicazione è favolosa e qualsiasi servizio viene richiesto al bureau, è sempre eseguito con piena soddisfazione dell'ospite.

Ho soggiornato in una camera deluxe per tre giorni. Mi sono trovata benissimo: stanza veramente spaziosa, letto enorme (più grande della media del solito king size) , pulizia accurata, personale gentilissimo. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno ci hanno offerto la colazione, davvero squisita ed abbondante Unici piccoli nei: area Spa praticamente inesistente e piscina con acqua troppo fredda; bagno sottodimensionato rispetto alla bella stanza (c'è solo la vasca da bagno ed un solo lavandino) Ubicato proprio di fianco al castello di Wawel e sul lungo fiume, meraviglioso Comunque soggiorno stupendo, Consigliatissimo…

Ho soggiornato qui a capodanno. buono il rapporto qulita prezzo. se paragonato all'italia non è un 5 stelle. forse un 3s detto questo camere e servizio al top. posizione perfetta ai piedi del castello. spa normale. piscina leggermente fredda e sauna piccolina. no bagno turco. palestra ok. lo consiglio!…

Ampio hotel sito sull’ansa del fiume con camere ampie e bella vista valorizzata dalla parete a vetrata; ampio letto King ed a pochi minuti a piedi dal Castello; struttura ed accoglienza da grand hotel
