Unbelievable stench of stale wet dog. Pubic hairs in bed. Many other issues. Totally unfit for human habitation so we had to leave without staying.
The owner 'Lewis' issued an insultingly small 'partial refund' and then totally ghosted us when we tried to discuss a fairer resolution. We feel like we've been robbed.
I really wish we'd read the other REAL reviews first as so many other people have had the same experience. Make sure you're NOT one of them.

The place I will be reviewing is Borth. I visited there last week and l thought it was absolutely amazing.
Borth is amazing, the beaches have luscious, golden sand which is getting splashed by the deep, blue oceans waves. In the arcade there are loads of rides/games. There is a massive water slide which leads to a really deep swimming pool. It’s 2 metres deep. At the beach you can rent or buy kayaks and paddle boards. There is lots of fish in the sea. It is heaven.
The best place is the beach because there is so much to do.
I would give it 5 stars and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to have fun. It is pure perfection.There is something to do for everyone. It’s so fun!

Awful!! No excuses for how uncared for this place was. We waited for "cleaner" to finish... honestly I'm not convinced there WAS a cleaner! Dirty fork on floor beside single bed, badly broken bathroom cabinet door, ripped net curtains, a pullout sofa bed full of dog hair and smelling like urine, very dirty carpet. The bed sheets in single room smelled dirty, were ripped and not clean at all, mouldy draw curtains, smeared poop on decking. A door that was not working properly in main bedroom.... honestly the list goes on. Absolutely NOT worth £140 a night, should be ashamed charging that for what we got!

Needs updating!! Ripped net curtains, mouldy draw curtains, ripped bedding. Bedroom door handle faulty. Cooker control dropped off. Bathroom cabinet broken. Carpets & seating stained. Dead plant on decking. Poo stain on decking. Good points location nice, kitchen & bathroom clean. Decking seating lovely. This could be a nice caravan if updated. Not worth £140 a night.

We were visiting our son and family who. Moved to Wales just before. Lockdown. We stayed in Faiths van No 74.. Privately owned... On the Brynowen site. It was beautiful not like a van.. Luxury 3 piece suite.. Modern kitchen.. Big comfy beds and lots of hot water and heating at a touch. It was on the very highest point so. The views were amazing you could sit on veranda and. See mountains and beach....You park the car next to the van so very easy.The park is very green and well looked after. The beach is a 3 min walk and there are facilities on site should you want to use them. We will definitely return .. Thankyou Faith.
