Enjoyed watching and clicking BlackBuck along with lots of birds and other minor animals of Grasslands

Had a great experience of Grasslands . Black bucks was the beauty and heart beat of place besides local birds and animals. Mr Amit of Blackbuck Safarai Lodge was a great guide cum driver.

Well manage park
feb 2020
Well manage and beautiful location. Surely you will enjoy. Its a haven of birds. We have seen Blackbuck from distance. Really it was very exciting experience.

Must Visit Place
gen 2019
It's on the way from Ahmedabad or Baroda To Bhavnagar. 40 km away from Bhavnagar. It's beautiful place and to stay here in winter would be memorable. I would recommend to stay 1 night here for the beauty of this Park. Blackbuck and Deer are so much but night view of stars and sky is added advantage.

Go with car blackbuck national park

The national Park is 50kms before Bhavnagar and u have to take turn near village Adhelai.
This park get closed between 16th June to end of September every year which no where mentioned.
Without car, it's very difficult to reach as it is 10kms away from main highway without any local transport. But the people in village will help u to get their in bike or small truck if u r solo or travelling with friends.
Also u can go inside only with ur personal car (no two wheelers) and they charge ₹400 for car, ₹400 for guide which is compulsory and ₹200 for camera. So u must have vehicle and pay ₹1000 in total to vist this national Park.

We could not able to visit as it was closed and don't have vehicle too.

"Blackbuck National Park" name sugguest why should visit their.

"Blackbuck National Park" name sugguest why should visit their. Blackbuck are the attraction of the place. So if your expecting to see other animals or birds for sure your chance's are less but you will definatly see lot of blackbuck. Accomodation are limited and on average.You would get excellent photographs of sunrise and sunset. Best time to visit the place is between November and February.

Well this is one of famous national park situated near Bhavnagar....a place mainly known for blackbucks and also some birds...overall a good experience ....you can find nature at most beautiful level....the golden grasslands are amazing to see...you can find guide to inform about what to do and what not....good security too...

Was closed for the monsoon

We had been to the park on an earlier occasion and wanted to revisit when we were in Bhavnagar this July. We did reach the park and saw the Blackbucks from the road but not allowed inside the grassland as the park was officially closed for monsoon. We plan to visit again in November by which time the park will be open.

We saw Wading Birds on the way.

Great Weekend Getaway

Excellent weekend getaway for the kids and elders alike to relax in the wilderness. You get too see ample amount of wildlife. Blackbucks, wild boars, peacocks. Watch out for the call sign of birds telling you that the animals are on the move.
