Tried my luck for 4th time, same old story. Same pattern.Guide spotted "tiger pug mark" with in 10 min. into our safari.Waited there for 15 min although I know it was just a gimmick. Guide started to get update from guides in other routes. After that, he seated peacefully on his seat and gypsy moved along patchy roads for 2 hrs as my friends watched curiously to both sides, which was familiar to me . They clicked photos of spotted deer,Sambar deer and some migratory birds on the pond. On the way to Bangarh fort, we saw more animals than in park.

Ajay took us on an afternoon safari which was just incredible. Tracked and spotted a beautiful female tiger at last light of the day, experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend Ajay, excellent professional

Nice visit but couldn't trace tigers in reserve. The start time is 6 00 am in the morning with prior booking

Wildlife to any wildlife lover is an addiction and hence it’s always incomplete without a guide who himself is a wildlife buff so credit should be given where it’s due.
Special and heartfelt thanks to Shyam bhai for being as excited and willing to sight the big cat with us, if not more. He is one of the most well informed, aware and jungle-smart guides who I have covered the jungle with.
My go to person for Sariska, without a doubt.
Our sighting was one hell of a sighting, as good as it gets and it’s coming from a person who has had more than 15 sightings in different parts of the country.
Do reach out to him at 9166001735 for any beyond amazing experiences in the Sariska Tiger Reserve.

It was an amazing safari experience with Shyam Sundar bhaiya- 9166001735. He is very experienced and we saw 15 mins head on view of the tiger only because of him.

We stopped in Sariska for 3 nights in the middle of a two week multi stop tour.
Franklin the guide was brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable. Mangu in the restaurant knew his foods and never missed a chance to feed us something we hadn't tried before - All of which was superb....Although we didn't see any tigers we enjoyed the morning game drives. Franklin took us on brilliant evening boulder walks, to watch the hyenas.

Great park , dry , Dusty, forested parts too. Saw spotted deer , water buffalo & a cobra .
Had an amazing guide , tracker AJAY , find on WhatsApp +91 97841 73355, ….& after 4hrs had a scene straight out of the A team to finally see a tiger stroll past us , without a care in the world . Surreal & incredible experience .

Sariska tiger reserve is becoming very famous specially for tiger , leopard sightings .
Naturalist Shyam Sunder is a very experienced n knowledgeable guide , has wonderful knowledge of animals behaviour and habits . We have done many safaris with him and he never disappointed us 👍😊

Hi, Is pet allowed in my car to Pando pull Hanuman Temple. As our pet (Labrador Dog) travels everywhere with us. We will not take him out from our car anywhere.

You can travel along with your pet anywhere in india if you are travelling by your personal vehicle. Govt. has restricted many species of Dogs to keep and Pets are not allowed in public places/ transport.

Is morning time better or afternoon time better for safari in Sariska tiger reserve in May to spot the animals ?

My experience is that afternoon is always a bit better in terms of probability of sighting big cats, but the quality of sighting and photographs tend to be better in the morning. Afternoon light is usually too harsh and then too dim towards the evening

Yes , but you need to make sure the baby do not make noise else Leopard / tigers get alerted and you might not spot them.

I plan to visit Sariska on 25-27 Sept. Will the reserve be open then for safaris?
Can pet dog be brought along on the safari as well as other sightseeing locations in sariska tiger reserve?

I am not sure you need to check with the reserve authorities only.
I feel it’s not allowed because they ask you to keep the silence when tiger or leopard is near by but you can’t control the pet from sudden barking.

I am planning to visit Sariska in monsoon season in August end or september 1st week. Main sariska park will be closed but my hotel person says they can arrange safari in sariska. I think there is a buffer zone in sariska. Any idea about it ? Has anyone visited Sariska during monsoons?

Yes you can book online at exoticsariska
We tried to book online but couldn’t get a slot. We went there anyway and were lucky enough to get a booking onsite. The safari is at 11am and 2 pm. You need to reach at least half an hour before these times to fill in the paperwork. Make sure all members carry an ID.
Finally, the evening safari in December and January can get really cold as the vehicles are open so carry thick warm jackets!
