Amazing course with incredible views. Shawnee was our caddy and she knew every yardage at every moment. The beverages were cold and the weather was great. Highly recommend White Witch golf course.

Nous revenons tout juste d'un voyage gendron golf en jamaique , les verts du white witch sont horrible ainsi que les tertres de départ. Nous avons payer 200$ par partie , un vrai vol .

Great day of golf. Very friendly staff. Required caddies were very valuable in helping keep us in play and finding the balls when they went out. Particularly enjoyed Shawnee. The course reopened about two months ago (closed for Covid). Some of the greens are rough but very playable. Definitely recommend playing if only for the absolutely stunning views on nearly ever hole.

Had the pleasure of playing this amazing course on March 6th, and with the help of my great caddie Patrick. Very knowledgeable about the course, and has a wonderful personality. The course itself has some of most stunning views I have ever seen. The changes in elevations are crazy!!!, a definite must play course when in Jamaica. The Pro Shop staff so friendly and helpful!!

Fun, challenging course with lots of inclines and fantastic views. We played two rounds and had great caddies both times (Rocky, then Kendra. Thanks!) My wife and I aren’t great golfers and enjoyed the fact that the course was pretty quiet. We didn’t need to speed through. Greens on the front 9 were a little patchy but it didn’t take away from the experience.

If you have the chance dont miss out on this scenic treasure. So many holes overlooking the sea. I would hve given 5 stars but a couple of greens were a little rough. Our caddies were friendly and very knowledeable. I had my golf buddy with me and the caddy was eiter spot on with yardage or maybe a couple or 3 yards off.

Played here twice in the last week of February. Course was absolutely gorgeous and wish my caddie Erica was able to join me every round of my life as she was entertaining, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and just an all around awesome human being. Thanks so much Erica YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!!!

Play twice if you want to score well. This is like most courses you will play better a second time. Expensive, but you are on vacation. Course plays fast because you have to play with a caddie. This is very helpful. Greens fees, caddie, tip caddie, adds to alot of expense. The real expensive part is a 25 minute cab ride round trip from a trusted cab or service $100 round trip. Ouch, but we did arrive safely which is worth the piece of mind.

Every year i play this course. I have tried others in jamacia but come back here. The staff is so welcoming from getting out of the taxi to the pro shop allison and kamara are so friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of gear from balls to clothes and hats. The gal that orders the clothes does a terrific job with styles and sizes. So take time to look around. Waldo and others drive the drink cart with cold beverages and have many choices. Rental clubs are nice and the have stiif and regular. Hard to beat the views from anywhere on this course. It is challenging, but fun. I continue to see changes for the better every year. Caddies are so worth the money because they help you with yardage and putting. Well worth it! Kendra and imara are my two favorite. Please tip them well as they work very hard. Played there 4 times this year and enjoyed so much!

Real treat for a caddy we had today! Her name is Diane...she was so attentive and professional. We have enjoyed many caddies at courses in the carribean...but she was the best with yardage and club selection we have ever had! Really enjoyed our game with her!

I am going to be playing White Witch over the holiday season but concern with report of bad greens. Can someone who just has been there within the past month let me know:
Are the greens just patchy or no grass?
How many would you say are bad?
Are they unplayable?

I will be staying at the Hyatt Zilara/Ziva and had seen that golf may be part of the all inclusive package. Can anyone confirm this? Also the online reservation isn’t working. How did most of you schedule tee times?

My husband golfed at 3 courses. One was free, just had to tip the driver. The other 2 were minimal 10 - 20 dollars. We were at the Hyatt Zilara.

Do you pay tax on the $15 caddie fee? I assume you pay the $15 in the pro shop and then tip directly to the caddie, is that correct?

Yes tax on fee .... Then u tip cash to caddy usually $25 USD each person ($50 cash for a twosome)

Caddie rate is $15 per round which may be included in your golf rate depending on where you bought your round. An additional gratuity is also standard, $20/$25 is recommended.
I will be on a cruise next month that offers this course as an excursion. I'm far from a good golfer, which makes the Witch extremely intimidating! The Caddy reviews seem to be either very good, or very poor. Thoughts???

White Witch and Cinnamon Hill Golf courses are the best golf courses in Jamaica. In fact White Witch has just been awarded Best Golf Course in Jamaica 2015 at the World Golf Awards.
These golf courses do not have tennis courts and gyms but your hotel in Montego Bay is very likely to have these amenities.
Golf at these courses is included if you choose to stay at Hyatt Ziva & Zilara OR Iberostar Grand.
