I have been using Jet Black for the past 2yrs & they have always been courteous, professional & kind. From the dispatchers to the drivers (shout out to Gurmeet & Jeffery my absolute favourites) the end to end white glove, first class service is impeccable. Want a worry free transfer to the city or to an airport - these are the people to talk to.

The driver itself and car were excellent, the ride was very smooth, very courteous - 5 stars.
The issue was when our flights were cancelled and rebooked, the service did not do a good job keeping up with our messages to them and kept calling us creating stress, and saying they would charge extra waiting fees even though our flight hadn’t even departed.
Next time, I will just book a taxi or Uber once at the airport - there are plenty of available optons even for larger, luxury vehicles.

So pleased with the service start to finish. Had an overnight into NYC unexpectedly on a return flight from Europe and we were able to book the day before. Best decision we could’ve made for our exhausted family. The pickup was easy and the one way drop to Logan airport was very smooth as we all slept it off. Driver was safe and professional. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic service from Jet Black. We booked a return transfer from Newark Airport to New York City. Booking and confirmation of the cost was very quick with emails from Jet black detailing the price and the details of pick up, drop off and flight numbers etc.
On the day we arrived at Newark airport, we landed early. However, the driver had checked the live flight arrival time and was waiting with our name held up in arrivals. He took our luggage and showed up to the vehicle. It was an immaculate Cadillac Escalade and the driver was very polite and friendly. Travel in to NYC was pleasant and comfortable.
For our return journey, we were contacted by Jet Black the night before confirming the details of the pick up, all correct and professional. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and we received a text from him informing us he was outside the hotel and was ready when we were. Again, immaculate Cadillac Escalade and the same professional and courteous driver. Another smooth journey back to Newark Airport and we were on our way home. I will definitely use this company again.

Trip# 36990. Alvin greeted my at JFK. He was great ! AMANDEEP, my driver, was excellent as well. Smooth ride from JFK to midtown manhattan.

This is my third time using Jet Black Transportation. Every chauffeur was courteous, professional, and punctual. I was impressed with their high quality service throughout the entire process. I will continue to use their service and recommend this company to all I know traveling to New York City.

The driver was on time, efficient and very friendly. He cared about my visit to NYC and recommend various sits to see. I will use this service again on my next visit.
