We stopped at Trillium on a very slow Monday. Easily found a seat at the bar, and were helped very much so by the friendly bartenders.
As we sat and chatted with the folks at the bar, the place filled up. By 5 pm it was jammed. A usual occurrence.
This place is a great place to visit.

We went on the I love Boston bike tour and then walked over to the 50 Thomson Place Trillium location. Beautiful space excellent beer and food selection to fee hungry riders.

I and my friends enjoy the odd beer or two and we all agreed that on our recent trip to Boston and sampling beers from many a brewery that those served up at Trillium were by far the best. Do pop by any of their venues and enjoy (responsibly if you like)

Went here for lunch. Menu selection was sparse but I had a Cuban sandwich which was good. A person at our table hit the stem of his beer glass on a plate when he picked it up to drink. The stem broke off and he called the waiter over. The glass was still full. The waiter said I will get another glass. AND THAT IS WHAT HE DID. HE BROUGHT A NEW GLASS AND TOLD THE MAN TO POUR HIS BEER INTO THE NEW GLASS. UNBELIEVABLE! Left the man to clean up the glass. A brewery that can't provide a new glass of beer instead of saying pour it in this new glass. Dumb and dopey server.
My wife's pizza should never left the kitchen. It was completely burned on top, very few pieces of basil, basil is cheap, and a flimsy crust. Terrible pizza. But like I said, my sandwich was good.

Dropped By for a quick beer, the choice offered in 10oz serving was poured with enough foam to shave a walrus. When asked to top up to a reasonable and accurate volume, was given attitude and stated that "This was thier pour". Will file a complaint with the state as I feel an accurate measurement should be made to ensure people get their fair volume as stated in menu.
The beers we tried were nice but were hopped in a manner (DDH) that masked anything about the character of the original brew.
Also, there was a rag/towel at the bar the staff "cleaned" the bottom of there glasses that was somewhat gross and likely unhygienic.

Stopped by on an early thursday afternoon to sample a few drafts. They do not have flights but offer 1/2 pours as an alternative. We tried 4 half pours of their IPA selection. The beers tasted good but fairly unremarkable. Pleasant break if your in the area.

Tried an IPA which was decent. Cheeseburger was surprisingly excellent. The seasoning was top rate. Fries were good too. If I get back to Boston, will definitely return here

The beer was very different and definitely something you can’t get any where else. The serves was extremely helpful and fast. I recommend all of the appetizers with beer, and booking a table well in advance

The beer in this "brewery" is not good at all. They are all yellow with no heads and particles floating around in them. The "stouts" are completely undrinkable and taste like shots of hard liquor. The food is subpar and dried out and they staff are all over the place and seem to have no idea who is doing what. No thank you, I wont be back.

Not supporting this brewery any longer. Can't even pick up beer without a tow truck person camping out waiting to tow you over a 1 minute pick up. They provide no place to park and get beer to go and now im out 100 bucks just for getting my order. Never again
