Was a beautiful day and a beautiful ride. Guides were friendly and horses were great. Will be back again.

The ride was fine but very slow. The horses were in great shape. The outfit put an emphasis on safety which was nice. This score would have been higher if it were not for the tipping situation. I always tip guides and think everyone should. They work hard for little wages. When we first arrived, I was told they could run my credit card for the tip and that the tip should be 20% because the guide “works for tips”. I choose to give an appropriately generous tip to the guide in cash after the ride. The gentleman in the office later texted me trying to get my credit card agin for the tip. I texted back saying I already tipped using cash. Later, he called me directly asking about a credit card tip again. I told him once more that I already tipped using cash. I did not appreciate being hounded for a tip in general, but certainly not for one I had already given.

The safety and pre-ride demonstration was very good. Trail guide was friendly and courteous. The entire staff was very good.

The staff were very friendly and professional. And the horses are well kept and groomed. We look forward to going back next year!

Gentle horses, winding trails up and down the mountain with pretty views It rained some but we were prepared as they had packed ponchos on saddle bags. The horses did not mind the rain.

We had a great time riding horses. I would definitely recommend them. Josh, our guide was very thorough and such a nice guy!

The ride was a beautiful mountain and forest landscape. Just the right amount of riding. The guide was great with my 9 year old. It was her first time in a horse. The horse was a perfect gentleman. A great experience.

It’s was very private only my wife and myself rode with our own guide and literally rode up a mountain, beautiful views. Our guide was very sweet allowed us to take in the experience without being overly talkative. The instructional video was outdated and a little much. Having an actual person do the instructions would be an added personal touch. There is only one Mountain View on the trail but great for beginners.

My wife and I had an amazing time on the two hour ride. Incredible scenery, great guides and the horses were wonderful. Must do activity if you are in the area.

Trip trail ride was everything we expected. The staff and wranglers were great. They all went above and beyond to make it happen as we were very late. Looking forward to doing it again.
