First time out with Eastman and I'll be back! Boat was comfortable with a large cabin with tables. Bathroom was clean and finish than I expected. Fishing was good. Mates were helpful with removing fish from lines as needed and untangling lines. Good advice to use only the lowest hook kept us from reeling in too many sand sharks. Captain told us what to expect with the weather and the seas. You do have to buy your own ice, bags provided, and they'll filet the fish for you. Mates work for tips.

The absolute best of the best couldn’t do it better myself I spent one day ground fishing where we caught tons of fish everyone including children as young as 8 years old found success.

Captain Phil and the mates go above and beyond with the entire experience. From quickly helping with tangles and great conversations. The boat is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Looking forward to many more trips with them.

Enjoyable trip with a very helpful crew. Good equipment and offered lots of help as needed. Met several people who are "regulars", and serious about their fishing and they only offered positives about Eastman experience And the restaurant attached to the dock prepared the best haddock 've ever tasted!

Had a sensational fishing trip with my grandson bringing home about 10 lbs of fillets. More importantly the mates were terrific untangling and resetting fishing lines, gaffing fish and finally cleaning them. The boat, captain and mates created a perfect fishing experience.

My father and i had been planning a trip all summer for the weather to cancel our trip we rescheduled for two weeks later and it was the best time the crew nicole and zac and our captain were all fabulous. Cant wait to book again for next year.

Everything was good except one crew member who may have been having a bad day. Unapproachable and unfriendly. The others were fine.

Really disappointed . Had a reservation to go fishing with visiting relatives . Came down with Covid 2 day prior to going called to cancel and was told non refundable. Explains we couldn’t go as my brother postponed his trip , wasn’t even able to reschedule. My credit card company refunded . And they continue to recharge 2 months later . Don’t prepay !!

The whole experience, from booking the private charter to leaving the pier at the end of the night was exceptional.
Our Captain, Fonzie and his crew were welcoming and accommodating and super fun people.
The boat was clean and everything was very organized too. It had done a fishing charter prior to our charter but NO yucky fish smells at all.
Thanks to the entire team at Eastmans we had the best sunset cruise celebrating our “Gilligan’s Island, 3 Hour Tour” theme birthday party

Everyone on the boat limited on haddock! This was an amazing trip. I go 3-4 times a year, and if there are fish to be found, this team will find them, or have fun looking! I've seen whales, sharks and plenty of interesting fish on my trips. Captain Phil and his crew are top notch. They always make you feel like a pro, are incredibly patient with tangles, the boat is such a happy place. This is my go-to for deep-sea fishing.

I am sorry but I have never whiting fished with them. All I can tell you is when ever I have fished with them they always done their best to get you on the fish they are targeting.
