The folks were very friendly - the gave a tour of their operation - nice showroom with all the various sauces they make available for sale - if you get in the area the assortment of sauces available is worth the time - and if available the tour is fun!

The sauces have flavor!!! Not just vinegar, wonderful staff. We love it! Visit evertime we come through.

The sign and internet both have the hours listed as m-f 8-4. I recommend you call first! We got there a little before 12 on Friday and were informed that the secretary went home early so there was no one to do the tour. The guy that checked was friendly and tried to find her for us but no luck. If we ever get a chance to get back to the area we'll try again but will definitely try calling ahead first and see if that works.

Stopped on a whim. We had wanted to stop for years and finally did. The lady that gave us the tour did an excellent job. Very well informed.

Love these products and drove way out of our way to get there on a Thursday at 12:30 pm. Completely locked up, no one answered our knock. So sad :( We we’re going to buy a lot!!

Amazing sauces!! I rarely cook without some kind of panola product!! Family owned and operated. I love everything they have! It's the best!! Highly recommended

We love taking tours of places like this, and the pepper plant is definitely worth the trip if you are in the area. Very thorough tour and visit.

great place to visit and tour...Plus you can buy their product right therel It's a locally owned and operated business and they love to show how the sauce is actually made.

Local manufacture of Louisiana Pepper Sauce, a local family recipe. Been in business, ships all over the world. When I go on vacation, I have to stop by and load up on Pepper Sauce, to take to my relatives. Have all forms of sauces, pickled products..

The plant tour is great. They have a nice gift shop. If you have not tried the products you have truly missed out. We use just almost all of them. We love them all.. You Must try panola pepper sauce. It's not vingar-ey it great! And the sweet hot jalapeños... List goes on...get yourself a sample box.. The people are great too..
