The online booking is very convenient. (I would recommend using personal instead of work email because security filters can make the emails hard to receive.) The drivers were prompt and communication was good. I also did an hourly rental and we got stuck in terrible traffic. The driver was great and helped us get to our destination. I would definitely use this service again.

We were going to a convention downtown, and knew we would be bringing extra bags to facilitate some of our conference activities. Having this booked in advance was fantastic. As soon as we landed I got a text from the driver David. He was already in the waiting area and gave us directions for claiming our luggage and then meeting him. He arrived quickly and loaded all our stuff. The SUV was comfortable and immaculate, and had bottles of water for us. Along the ride David offered tips and suggestions for our stay.
Our return was just as easy. He texted me an hour before our scheduled time and said he'd be at the hotel 5-10 minutes early, which he was. He got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
If you want to get to and from O'Hare without any hassles, this is the best way to go.

Chief Chicago Limo transported my wife and I to and from O'Hare to Chicago. Their communication was excellent, both in terms of acknowledging and detailing the reservations to text messages from the drivers. The drivers were polite, drove well and were absolutely on time. Will use them again!

We were very happy with the whole process....the booking process itself, our rides being there on time and the service that the drivers provided us. Our return flight was quite delayed and yet our driver picked us up without any delay. Perfect service! Thank you.

This guy was awesome!! Super friendly. Best pick up we ever had. Picked us up during rush hour at ohare. Great communication. Was super easy and not expensive. Way better than Uber or taxi. I would get him every time.

Coming from a country that manages Covid effectively I was worried about vax status of drivers but Kalo was so helpful and understanding. Jay then continued with the 5-star service. Such a big difference from the dirty Uber ride with the ‘proudly unvaxxed’ Uber driver from the airport when I arrived and not much difference in price. Thanks Jay and Kalo!

Do you provide child seats?

NO! Child seats and their installation are responsibility of the parents or the guardians!!! Reasons: First- liability reasons- in case of an accident or death we should not be held accountable for improper maintained or installed car seats. Second- vehicle availability- a car does not come back into the office and once it’s out the car seat takes much of the room in the trunk and that car cannot be properly used for the rest of its hours. Scheduling vehicles is done 1 hour before the pick up time and is no guarantee that the car with the car seat will be assigned to your trip. Thank you for the understanding!

Yes we do. It’s $20 extra. After you put in your flight info, system will give you options for the type of pick up- curbside or Meet and Greet.
O’hare airport: T5- chauffeur will be at the information desk. T1,2,3-at the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight.
Midway airport: Chauffeur will be at the bottom of the escalator
