Awesome! JUST DO IT! The wind made it a bit cold but it went well with my helado from LPC. Took CTA from ORD which seemed very safe. JUST DO IT!

What was good?
1. Staff enthusiasm
2. Friendliness
What could have been done better?
1. it constantly felt like you were being upsold to another product. And @ $200 for 4 minutes, its already a rip off!
2. Let the experience speak for itself and the buyers will come to you
3. Flight times too short to accomplish much. For the price I would have expected more time and a little constructuve coaching to improve technique rather than 2 minutes, with an invitation to buy another lessona nd come back for training

Es una experiencia diferente y única. La sensación de la caÃda o vuelo es única, se requiere esfuerzo fÃsico para poder moverte según lo pidan, puede ayudar a los que desean tirarse en paracaÃdas si es viable. Si es caro para el tiempo pero si es algo diferente que vale la pena

Horrible I paid 200 bucks to fly for 60 seconds a complete rip off I would not recommend this place it’s dog sh$&t frfr. ……….

I arrived before my
Boyfriend and he was down the street. The guy in the front said he couldn’t wait for him and I had to ride alone and I explained it was his birthday but he said there’s nothing He can do ,sorry your going to have to ride alone .. I asked the other gentlemen that was the instructor, he wanted to but he wasn’t sure if he was able to . The young lady at the desk let him through and told them she don’t turn anyone around on their birthday . I really appreciate her because he never experienced this before and the guy working the front desk said oh well your going to have to ride alone . The young lady sent the information to his phone so he would be able to fill it out while he was in the class . He had a ball! The instructor made it a lot of fun! If it wasn’t for the guy at the front desk I would’ve rated a 5 star honestly.

Weight restriction said 300 on TripAdvisor so we booked, then when we got there it was actually 260 so was unable to participate or get money back!

Hi there, we're so sorry you feel this way. The TripAdvisor listing states the following in regards to our weight policy: "In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply." In addition, the listing also states "All sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties." We're so sorry you were unable to fly, but we do try to be as clear as possible about everything upfront.

That's awesome experience. We had a great time. Joe at the front desk was extremely helpful. The place follows the CDC guidelines which is awesome to keep everyone safe while they are there. My flight instructor was amazing.

Was invited by a friend to share in her gift certificate here. It was quite the experience! I would recommend it to everyone just for the uniqueness of it alone but the staff here made it way more memorable. Everyone from when I first entered to when I left was friendly and outgoing. But our instructor (a bearded gentleman by the name of John) really made it memorable. He was personable and funny and handled our group so well. We had a little toddler in our group and it was sweet to see how he handled them and also work with us adults. I'm sure the other instructors are great too but I would come back just to work with John again. Fun experience all around!
