Over all the water park was excellent. They problem I had was with the idiot at the front gate. I paid for two tickets and downloaded them to my phone. We walked over to the park from the hotel. At the gate we were asked for I'd and credit card information. Why bring all these things with you and stand a chance of losing them. I felt like the Caucasian lady at the gate was profiling me. She proceeded to ask me a series of questions about my credit card and personal information. This experience ruined my entire trip.

The cost rating should be the highest $$$$$$ there is. $12 a game to bowl? That's triple a typical bowling center but not an enhanced experience. Same for the other activities. Just be aware of the gauging pricing if you go. Disney prices+ but they do not subscribe Disney service and appearance. Beer bottles and trash in the parking lot. Smelly inside.

The building has a locker room type odor to start with. Perhaps its from people dripping wet from the water park. The outside eating area/bar was filthy. People waiting on tables but no one cleaning tables off. You had to take the trash from a table to the overflowing trash can by the bar. Trash on the floor blowing down the side walk. Tables not being sanitized between groups unless you did it yourself. The poor bar tender was working as hard as she could they were obviously under staffed. Apparently they have had employees catch corona virus which is not surprising with so many people packed together. Suggest avoiding or at minimum eat somewhere else beforehand. Not budget friendly at all.

We’ve been coming to Rigbys for years due to the fact it’s our only choice within 20 miles. I recommend taking the extra time to drive out to Macon, Warner Robins or even out of state. But sometimes busy families don’t have the time to drive that far. Wild adventures, Six Flags and Gold cup bowling all have better experiences at a much better value.
Since the water park entrance requires guests to walk through the skating area, the carpet has become a septic mess.
I almost vomit when I have to go in there the smell is so bad.
This place is very overpriced and having to purchase a Rigbys card at a minimum of 20 dollars is ludicrous. No other establishment I’ve been to requires this.
During the pandemic it is clear that this establishment has not been keeping up with cleanliness.

On 12/26/19 our family of 5 went to play mini golf at this facility. Cost is $10 per person. The tee areas are all worn and ripped. The greens are the same with the addition of stones and dead leaves. Hole #12 was completely under water due to no drainage of cup filled with debris. Hopefully the owners will take care of their facility.

My daughter had a great time with her guest at Rigby's for her birthday party. The grown ups had a good time also. Our party attendant was terrific and took care of everything.

While enjoying a friendly race with my co workers some crazy people hit me from behind causing my kart to go into a spin. I went headfirst into the safety rail and my neck got snapped violently. Headache all night. Today it is stiff and aching. There are signs that say No Bumping clearly on the karts. But they did absolutely nothing to the people that rammed me. Nobody apologized to me. I will never go here again. It was my first and last time. You CAN get whiplash from these karts!!!!!

While walking up to the establishment it looked worn and dirty, long over due for a power wash along the front entrance sidewalk and entry way. Interior is very dark and not very appealing. We visited during the middle of the day and decided to have lunch.

All meals came out in a decent amount of time and had good flavor. While there a customer sat at a seat near the entrance to the restaurant and had some snack food while waiting for a "to go" order. One of the employees asked that he move from his spot because she wanted to sit there. He politely said no, same as I would have done, but she decided to place some of her food at the table to "save the space" after he left. Are you kidding me? Employees need to respect the customers there, not decide that they can push them around and tell them where they can and cannot sit. Come to find out she and her co worker friend were "working" the front entrance as greeters and decided that they wanted that table to place their food and drink while "working" their job since it was the closest table to the entrance.

We diced to play a round of mini golf. Again, this was very evident of being worn out and not taken care of. Rocks strewn all over the greens, worn play fields, broken steps, etc.... And to top it all off, there was a church group of about 10 children around 6-8 years old that were unsupervised and playing whatever hole they wanted and running all over the place. Then a handful decided to just jump in our game. I don't mean play before or after a hole we played, I mean actually play in our group in between player shots, pushing balls out of play, and just being a PITA. Had to get a little pushy to ask them to depart our area and play somewhere else.
There should be someone from the company overseeing and controlling some of the game play areas to prevent things like that from happening if the parents decide not to.

Employees don't have too many cares and obviously management had little control over them or the property. Such a shame, This location could be so much more inviting with just a little more effort and concern for the property and patrons. Sadly, this is probably the last visit I will make here.

We are season pass holders and have been over a dozen times this summer and have had a wonderful time! But we were told if ever we forget our season pass they can look a name up at the gate and we will be able to get in. We tried this today and it was a no go so we had to drive all the way back to our house to get our season passes they wanted to charge us five dollars apiece for our passes !!! They need to communicate with their employees better and not give bad information concerning them being able to look up passes in case you forget yours! My nieces had come with us and forgot their passes one day, so since they were with us they said that was our “one look up” they were gonna do. We don’t even love in the same household! This is silly!! Bad communication!!!
