This place is NASTY! mold and mildew piled up on most rides where the water pools on the ground. There are fun slides though. The food is kind of like high school food in most places there. Took 30 minutes for my friend to get a chicken sandwich meal. Chicken was very thin and dry. The fries were cold. Just be careful there and make sure you dont have an injury that exposes your body to the mold and mildew. A manager happen to be right next to me while waiting for food. I told him that the lady at the register should have a much simpler job because she asked me five times what I ordered and there were only 4 choices. I will never go back.

Family of 4 visited here for the first time and it was very quiet so we were able to walk on everything and had a great time. They have some fantastic slides which we loved.
You can't take your own food & drink in and the food was so expensive in there. You do get a lot though (too much) so just buy something between two of you.
What was annoying, whilst we understand closing a park temporarily for inclement weather, this happened in the afternoon and everyone was happy and sheltered. The sun came back out and rides reopened then all of a sudden at 2.45pm they announced they were closing for the day which was disappointing. Some people had not long arrived. We ended up in our hotel pool.

Terrible predatory price gouging experience. We waited until we got to the park to buy tickets. Unfortunately, the online ticketing system went down and declined multiple forms of payment methods (with 3 different people trying their cards). When we called our bank they said it was on the Adventure Island side of the transactions. I went to the ticket counter to see if they would honor the online price of $40 (walk-up-price is double at $80). They refused and said they could not sell at the online price. They gave me no other option but to pay double. I explained the situation that the online system was down, but there was nothing the employee could do. Pay double, or go home. I have some heartbroken kids.
Advice to management. You need to empower your ticketing customer service representatives to ACTUALLY help your customers. I went above and beyond to buy tickets online (1/2+ hour on the website plus another 1/2+ hour in the customer service ticketing line queue (only 1 person working). Just out of principle - I'm not going to pay double to get in. That's predatory pricing, especially if you consider the $15 +/- transaction service fee for online purchase + $35 +/- in parking on top of the ticket prices.
We finally got ahold of someone on the phone and she was able to help us. Unfortunately, it had been an 1-1/2 hours since we entered the parking lot. That was the tipping point, you officially lost a customer. Never going back and will share this example of predatory price gouging. When we walked out my dad expressed how terrible our experience was. The employee said, "yeah...I know". That says a lot don't you think?

Do not go! The park is disgustingly dirty. The lazy river was murky with chunks of dirt and lots of rundown trash. So grossed out!

Some fun slides! Long waits until a storm blew through and most people left. After that the people who stayed (including us) didn’t have any wait for any slide. However they did close 2 hours early without any warning or reason. Also the “wave pool” is nothing compared to most wave pools.

Trust the reviews of this horribly dirty park! The lazy river was milky, smelled like urine and there was a dirty diaper floating! Bathrooms smelled like they had not been cleaned EVER! Used to take my kids here and it was a great place! It is run down and appears like it’s on the way out! Health department needs to check it out! No way this place is clean enough to remain opened! Stay away! Unsafe and disgusting!

I am not sure what all these Debbie Downers have to complain about. We had an amazing time and absolutely no complaints. We got the Quick Queue passes and they were totally worth it considering that it was 90+ degrees. The staff was kind and even went above and beyond to show us where things were. Super personable too. We had an Impossible burger with fries at Surfside Cafè. I was pleased to see a meatless options at a WATER PARK! The fries were well-cooked, not oily and I had to stop myself from eating them! The instructions for the rides and pools were clear. They even have water station to refill water bottles. No need to book a Cabana as there are PLENTY of lounge chairs to sit on. We are trying Busch Gardens tomorrow and we're hoping for the same level of FUN! The only suggestion would be to make the park more accessible such as build elevators for people who have a hard time walking but are able to do the rides.

What a lovely water park, we took our Grandson and he thoroughly enjoyed himself along with my husband and I. There is so much to do and so many rides to go on it was absolutely amazing.

Head to Rapids in West Palm instead. This topped the worst experience at a water park and should have listened to previous reviews.
We did not spend the extra money on the quick line and ended up waiting for at least an hour per ride. We actually left 2 lines and ended up going in the lazy river and baby slide. The park has to change their procedures. So you must pay the extra in order to get on a ride. They only let the quick line in and everyone else has to wait. So the people who have the quick pass can go over and over without going back on line so we could not get in. Had we known we would have bought the quick pass instead of wasting 2 hours waiting. We had to leave due to rain in the end after trying to wait for the third ride.
So pay the extra if you decide to go here but if you go to Rapids there is no quick line so its fair waiting time for everyone and more rides to choose from.

Can I wear clothes that are 82% polyester and 18% spandex at the adventure island? They're long sleeves. They're basically bathing suit material and I've always worn them to go swimming but I've never been to water parks in my life so I don't really know if they allowed it. I like to wear long sleeves cause I have anxiety showing a lot of skin and I'm like really easy sunburn very bad. So can anyone let me know before I go tomorrow morning if I am able to wear these.

Are cabanas included in the price of concierge services/suites? Or do you still have to pay extra? I do understand that you get priority booking at 120 days away but didn't know if it's extra cost.
