Great to walk around either in the day or in evening, always something going on. Just lovely to take in the atmosphere, people watch or enjoy the fantastic views

Enjoyed walking around this harbour & beach in between the showers.
If you like Lobster they have a hut & cafe where you can buy fresh Lobster & Crab.
I never eat lobster due to the cruel way they are cooked.
There is a lobster hatchery where lobsters are raised then put back into the sea to replenish.
The beach is nice & clean & has a sea water pool. Good for children to paddle in

North Berwick has so much to offer - something for everyone with its beaches, lovely high street with shops and eateries and the pretty harbour which you could spend some time people watching and enjoying looking at all the boats. There is a seafood cafe there too with inside seating. Loved this place

Just come back from a day trip to North Berwick and we are already planning an extended return. Fab little town, plenty of shops and eateries, fabulous bays and the Harbour is wonderful. Boats, walkways around the area and rocks, lovely cafe/info centre and plenty of benches to take in the boats, the sea, the view. Lobster shack in the harbour looked interesting though we didn’t eat there.

A hidden gem! Beautiful beach, stunning views and a fresh safe sea water pool. Easy to park, lovely pathway around the small harbour with numerous viewpoints. Worth a visit!

North Berwick is a lovely place to visit, the harbour is small but you can see the history, the 16th century church next to the harbour attests to that.
The Lobster Shack was closed when we visited but I can imagine it would be a great place to have a meal by the harbour!

North Berwick is a charming town and with good weather and on a public holiday becomes a very busy place. Parking however is a serious problem for those who travel by car. On street parking is quite extensive but quickly fills up. There is a very small free car park and adjacent to this a a pay car park. The problem with the latter is that the machines only take coins or the Ringo app and not any form of card payment. With that caveat to one side - it is a lovely place to visit.

North Berwick harbour is a historic site in beautiful surroundings. The neighbouring town has much to offer with many shops and good restaurants. Well worth a visit by train.

Start at the harbour, imagine the lost outdoor pool, and walk round to the beach. Good Kodak moments.

The harbour is a lovely part of North Berwick with lots to see and do - a real happy place
Food wise the amazing Lobster Shack, often queues but they serve really quickly so don’t be put off - their lobster is the best we’ve ever tasted
The views are amazing and are 360, everywhere you look you want to take a photo - didn’t manage to see dolphins but had fun watching for them
The beach huts are wonderful - small shops for local artists and makers. Bought some lovely original framed pictures, of North Berwick and Puffins and a locally designed and printed t-shirt which is a lovely reminder of my visit
We didn’t manage a boat tour due to the tide times when we visited but will be going back to do this
