Highly recommended transportation service

We had booked with MIDI for return airport transfers and travel to Shen Xian Ju for a group of 20 people.
It was easy, flexible to book with Jimmy. Every transport arranged was punctual with good experienced drivers.
We will definitely engage his service again when we visit Shanghai next time.

Our trip with Jimmy (the driver) was super safe and Jimmy was always super careful and flexible during the long trips we had for 5 days. We can strongly recommend him for trips in Shanghai and around Shanghai.

Super reliable, super punctual and easy to book, and all in excellent English and with great flexibility. And much more than just a car rental, you can also book a tour of Shanghai with them. Or if you need a car to go to a PCR testing center. A big plus for us: you don't need to set up Alipay or Wechatpay to use their services. Another big plus: the drivers are nice and helpful.

Excellent Service for Shanghai and Beyond!

We had used Jimmy's services in Shanghai last year for a work trip. This year we went to Beijing and asked Jimmy if he'd be able to help. Jimmy was able to coordinate a fleet of cars of various sizes and drivers for us and help manage them (and translate directions) all the way from Shanghai! We were SO impressed with his professionalism, quick responses, and assistance at all hours of the day. The drivers were so friendly and terrific to work with. We'll be working with Jimmy and MIDI again when we go back to China! Thank you so much again!

simple, easy, trustable services and excellent vehicle

I got MIDI from Tripadvisor with good rating. The story; we used MIDI for 4 days from airport pick up, suzhou travel, city travel and back to airport. all those days MIDI car and driver did all what we need flawless. although initially I had a doubt when they asked for deposit RMB 1000 for mercedez type ... but I had no choice. But the doubt gone when the car arrived at first day and they returned the deposit at time I met the driver. ... later I paid only after finished each day.
compaing with the others services.. MiDi price has a very good deal ..

recommendation for Midi is to use Paypall for the deposit ..this will help foreginer trust to put deposit.

When visiting Shanghai, the most concerned issue is language barrier. Almost no one there can speak english. When renting car, the driver did not speak english either. But, this MIDI Car Rental, did an excellent job. We just communicated with the driver through Jimmy (the owner) by WhatsApp messenger in English, and Jimmy contacted the driver. So, it was super easy. Jimmy was very helpful and kind. We are looking forward to use his service again whenever we visit Shanghai next time.

Midi serve with the good service. They always answers me all the questions. the driver also good alway on time and really good service. next time I'll be use the Midi for the Midi and also tell all my friend to use.
