Thank you for your review and comments.
We love diving off longtail boats and I am sorry that did not enjoy so much. On the day you dived, during our peak season, we had a full boat (only 8 divers). If the 20 minute trip to the dive site may have felt cramped for you I apologise, as we hope that when we disembark for lunch on the beautiful small beach you can get off the boat, take a photo and enjoy the space around. This offers a unique experience to get off the boat between dives.
We offer guided fun dives, maximum 4 to a group and with divers grouped together as best we can as we take into account each divers experience. As you were very experienced you had 90 bar remaining after 50 mins dive.
Our maximum dive time, as with most dive operations, is 60 mins, so I am sorry that you felt that you missed out on 10 minutes of your dive.
Unfortunately we do not know how fast each diver will go through their air, but we do our very best to judge in advance. Our Divemasters aim for a 60 minute dive each dive, every day, and shallow up if one particular diver is lower on air than the others, so as to maximise everyone's bottom time.
I feel the same when I dive elsewhere and with 4000 dives I always come up with more than 100 Bar at the end of a 60 minute dive. This is unfortunately how it works not only in Thailand, but throughout the world, unless you have a private guide.
Next time you can request a private guide for an additional 1000 THB and you can spend more time underwater enjoying the amazing sea life we have here on Phi Phi Island.
Kind Regards.
