A very good, punctual, fast service.
It offered us the opportunity to return home after a trip, at a very convenient price.
We used Direct Aeroport in June and August 2023 and it was just as good every time.
We will definitely call again in the future, because we trust Direct Aeroport. Thank you.

Avoid at all cost!! Totally unprofessional and rude behaviour of the employees. They ask payment in advance, if there are any issues with flight delays, which in the last 2 years it's a normality, then they don't take any responsibility. Paid for private transport, flight had 30 hours delay, I have been in constant contact with them, to give them enough notice, and still didn't get the transport i paid for. They squeezed me at the back of a full car, with a baby and a child, no car sits, no privacy, nothing about the comfort they promised. I understood that it wasn't possible due to delay, but when i have asked for partial refund, i was given a very rude refusal. There are cheaper companies, they don't take money in advance and they are more reliable.

I used DIRECT AIRPORT service from Bucharest Otopeni to Brașov .
The service was prompt and punctual. I am happy about the choise I made and I will happily recomand Direct airport service to my friends and family.

I had a reservation this morning at 02:00 with departure from Iasi to Otopeni. Nobody came ! How is this possible? However, this is a plane ticket that I can lose! It is not normal! I will come back with complaints !!!!!

Once you have reserved online, the driver is available in the lobby outside the Arrivals Terminal. The driver is very professional and at the halfway point (in my case travelling Otopeni to Brasov) a pitstop is made which is convenient given you can take a reasonable break. The maximum number of people is typically 5 in a mid-sized mini bus; which allows comfort equal to travelling in economy class in the airlines. You can sit with the driver and gain a little more leg room if necessary. This is always my go-to when I am travelling long distances from the airport.

The driver yelled at me and said "shut up" if i want to be transferrest from brasov to Bucharest because i had asked him a question. He told me that i didnt pay for anything that didnt happen. This is my experience today at 9:30 morning outside of Aron Palace Brasov

We were travelling in a sunny day without air conditioning, a bored driver who chose the long trip from Constanta to Otopeni, not so good, not so comfortable travel.

Die Kommunikation mit der Zentrale in Bukarest verlief professionell und vertrauenserweckend, das sollte leider aber auch das einzig positive an dieser Transferdienstleistung bleiben...
Der Transporter kam 30 min.! später, da auf der Strecke irgendein Defekt auftrat und angeblich mehrere Passagiere ausgestiegen waren! Deshalb mussten die restlichen 4 Passagiere inkl. uns in ein sich auf der Strecke befindliches Fahrzeug "umgeladen" werden, da sich die Fahrt mit nur 4 Passagieren nach Bukarest nicht lohnte...!!!
Dies geschah dann auch direkt in einem Kreisverkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe der Autobahn... Der Weg dahin war unzumutbar, da man mit Höchstgeschwindigkeit über schlecht asphaltierten Straßen rasen musste, um das andere Fahrzeug zu erwischen...
Das Kind musste sich in eine Plastiktüte übergeben!, die dann kulanterweise nach Anhalten direkt vor den entsetzten Augen und das Tor eines einheimischen Haushaltes entsorgt werden konnte!!
Beim "Umladen" war der andere Bus so voll, dass der Fahrer die Koffer erst umrangieren musste, während er auf Rumänisch schimpfte und sich beschwerte, er sei kein Koffer- sondern Personenbeförderer!
Nachdem alle Plätze belegt waren und das Kind aufgrund seines erbärmlichen Zustandes nur vorne sitzen konnte, musste ich mich persönlich auf den schmalen hintersten Sitz neben einen sich noch breiter machenden, vor sich triefenden Pauschalreisenbilligtourist hinsetzen und beten, dass der Transfer bald zu Ende geht.... Alptraum!
Sorry, nächstes Mal wieder mit dem Standardtransfer...

Easy online booking and confirmation. Took the 3 hour direct service from Otopeni airport to BraÅŸov in a new modern 20 seater comfortable bus. Guaranteed departure even with 2 passengers which was excellent.
